Pros:

Nice location in old town.

Cons:

While location was good the shower floor was dangerously slippery and the room heat / air system did not work.

駅から近く、ドーモが窓から見える素晴らしいローケーションでした。
Pros:

駅から近く歩いて行けて、お部屋も広くて綺麗で、ベランダまでついていて外に出られました。
窓からはドーモが見えて素晴らしいローケーションでした。
レセプションの人も親切に応対してくれました。

È stato davvero un soggiorno piacevole. Tutto lo staff è stato gentilissimo, dall'accoglienza anche in orario precedente a quello indicato per il check-in, alle spiegazioni e consigli sul soggiorno. La camera era pulitissima, molto spaziosa, con la fornitura di ciabattine e prodotti detergenti di una nota marca di qualità. Ultima coccola per noi la colazione, con vasta scelta di dolce e salato e, cosa rara, un succo d'arancia vero fresco e buonissimo. Assolutamente consigliato!

Lovely, helpful staff who made dinner reservations for us.

Excellent Choice
Pros:

It was in a perfect location! We were steps from the Duomo and many charming shops and restaurants. The staff was great and the breakfast was very good. The decor was a bit dated but very comfortable. I would definitely choose it again and recommend it highly.

Cons:

One thing... please please please, put some not-slip strips on the shower floor. It was a great shower except that it was treacherous in how slippery it was. Stepping out of it was a hazard, please add some strips.

Wonderful Property in Great Location
Pros:

Lovely property in a great location. Staff is excellent and very friendly. We had a flat tire and Europcar was difficult and unhelpful. Alyssa, at the front desk, made many calls and found us a mechanic to fix the tire. She was amazing. Kudos Alyssa. The rest of the staff has also been terrific. Great breakfast. Will certainly stay here again.

Cons:

We had a lovely suite but the other rooms are a bit small. Still location and property is perfect.

フロントのお兄さん、マダム、朝食会場のおじさん、皆、親切でした。
ドウモのすぐ近くにあり、ロケーションは最高でした。
オルヴィエートの中心部にありながら、落ち着いてリラックスした滞在ができました。
朝食が美味しかったです。特にパンとケーキが美味しかった！
アメニティグッズ、充実していました。お部屋のスリッパも気持ち良かったです。ホテルの名前入りオリジナルグッズが、たくさんありました。

Cons:

別館の玄関の鍵、部屋の鍵が開けにくかったです。でも、フロントのお兄さんに言ったら、すぐに対応してくれました。
それ以外はありません。快適でした。

One of the best, friendliest hotels we have stayed in.
Pros:

Everything was great. The location is amazing, very close to the Duomo in the centre of Orvieto but the street itself is quiet. The staff were happy and helpful. We left early the first morning to get the bus to Bagnoregio. Breakfast had not started but as we were leaving they made us coffee to go and gave us food from the breakfast bar. The room was spacious and comfortable.
