Perfect stay!
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Very comfortable and beautifully maintained. Bedding and beds very comfortable and bathroom very nice. Loved the breakfast! Top location in the historic center. Very nice staff. Highly recommend!

Cons:

Materasso del letto dovrebbe essere più rigido, i cuscini più bassi. Nella doccia tappeto antisdrucciolo e una maniglia a cui potersi tenere sulla parete (ho 84 anni)

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

The location was right in front of Duomo, breakfast was excellent and the staff was very supportive. We reserved also parking place and it was very helpful

IMPOSSIBILE DORMIRE

Ottima la posizione, ottimo il parcheggio proprio sotto il duomo.

TERRIBILE!!! Avevo prenotato una camera e mi sono trovato staccato dall hotel, nessun problema mi sono adattato. Il problema è stato dormire, un lampione attaccato praticamente alla finestra della camera. Alla finestra c'era una tenda oscurante che era cone se non ci fosse, come a giorno, impossibile dormire. Oltretutto nella prenotazione avevo specificato una camera silenziosa (dove avevo ricevuto garanzie a riguardo)mentre quella aveva una insonorizzazione pressoché nulla, sentivo le persone camminare a piedi. Così non mi sembra corretto!!! E hotel ne ho girati tanti....

Charming hotel in the center of town
Pros:

We enjoyed a night in the charming town of Orvieto between touring Rome and Florence. The Hotel Duomo was clean, comfortable and located just off the central square. The staff were helpful and welcoming and they provide a very nice breakfast.

One note - if you need a taxi to the train station, ask for it to come 15 minutes earlier than you actually need. Our 8am taxi arrived at 8:15 and we missed our train to Florence unfortunately.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

We had a lovely stay and a great experience at Hotel Duomo. We highly recommend staying here. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Andreina, is an absolute delight! So helpful with providing us a delicious breakfast and also assisting us with train reservations and arranging a taxi to the train station. The hotel is in an ideal location for seeing the Duomo and lovely Orvieto. The room and bathroom were very large, clean, comfortable, and quiet. They also provided us with great dinner recommendations. If the opportunity presents we will definitely return.

Pros:

別館に泊まりました。室内は真新しく、ダブルベットは快眠できました。チェックアウト後に電車の時間までフロントで過ごせました。ホテルのまわりにはレストラン沢山あります。

Cons:

別館はｴﾚﾍﾞｰﾀｰがないのでｽｰﾂｹｰｽを持って階段上がるのが大変だった。

Hotel nel cuore di Orvieto
Pros:

Ottimo albergo nel pieno centro storico di Orvieto, con finestre vista Duomo. Struttura datata ma accogliente, personale gentile e disponibile, colazione con prodotti di qualità . Inoltre la disponibilità di un parcheggio dell'hotel a pagamento vicinissimo alla struttura rende il tutto perfetto.

Pros:

Excellent location, very nice, helpful staff, comfortable bed and great breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a good value, friendly and unpretentious place to.stay.

Cons:

The hotel is at the top of the town (by the cathedral) so if walking is an issue, it may not be ideal.
