Excellent choice!
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located to Orvieto’s center and the Mancinelli Theater. Reserved parking was a plus, and breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely rebook next time we visit Orvieto.

Care only for money, not recommended
Pros:

Our trip to Italy was canceled due to war and grounded flights. We contacted the hotel less than 24 hours after the cancellation deadline (the credit card wasn’t even billed yet because it was so close to the deadline) to ask for some flexibility given the extreme circumstances, but they refused to help.

Despite appeals from us and Booking.com, the hotel showed zero empathy and insisted on charging the full payment, not suggesting any alternative. Ethically they failed. I highly recommend staying elsewhere with people who value humanity over profit.

I can’t help but wonder if their refusal to show any flexibility during such a difficult time for our people stems from something deeper than just 'policy'.

Friendly, modern and comfortable hotel.
Pros:

Nice modern reception area. Spacious room - we had a suite. Great location close to the Duomo and plenty of shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Breakfast choice more limited than other places we stayed. Prefer chopped up rather than whole fruit. That said you could have freshly cooked eggs and the coffee was really good.

Short stay -but a very nice place and great restaurants nearby.
Pros:

clean, quiet , right by the duomo. They offered parking as well.

Cons:

But Public parking was easier accessible and cheaper.

Szuper szállás a dóm mellett
Pros:

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedés, a szoba szép, tágas volt és tiszta, külön épületbe kerültem, szabadon tudtam jönni-menni. A szobám kiválóan felszerelt volt, többet kínált, mint egy átlagos 3 csillagos hotel: 7 törülközőt kaptam, papucs, sokféle pipere cucc, vízforraló, pohár, kávé, tea volt bekészítve. A reggeli is finom volt és bőséges, finom narancslé. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt és segítőkész.
