I love the hotel (not my first stay) but the warm welcome of the family makes me feel so at home. Highly recommend!!

Pros:

Il personale è stato molto gentile, ci sono state fornite tutte le indicazioni prima del nostro arrivo per quanto riguarda il parcheggio. Abbiamo richiesto la culla per la bambina e l'abbiamo trovata in camera al check-in.

L'ospitalità, la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari!

Cons:

Soggiornando con neonati, è risultato leggermente scomodo muoversi con carrozzina all'interno della struttura. Seppur con ascensore, si necessitava di fare dei gradini per raggiungerlo. A parte questo nulla.

Excellent property and wonderful staff
Pros:

This is not my first stay at this hotel. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. The property is close to the centre of Assisi and a 5 minute walk from the Basilica. It is also round the corner from the church where Carlo Acutis is buried. The staff are very good with gluten free catering. They also own the Medioevo restaurant around the corner from the hotel which has excellent food, also catering to allergies and gluten intolerances

Pros:

Posizione eccezionale proprio in centro ad Assisi, vicino a tutti i luoghi dove dovevo andare. Colazione sufficientemente buona, ristorante vicinissimo della stessa proprietà, dove abbiamo cenato molto bene.

Cons:

Purtroppo la posizione centrale ha il risvolto negativo della mancanza di parcheggio, per il resto tutto bene
