Struttura un po' datata ma comunque piacevole e con tutti i comfort(aria condizionata che ad Assisi in estate è una manna!).
In pieno centro a 50 metri dalla Piazza del Comune.

Pros:

La posizione è centralissima! A pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza del comune e da tutte le maggiori attrazioni di Assisi. Lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Vale la pena prendere la stanza con il balcone, la visita è davvero mozzafiato.

Cons:

Purtroppo la stanza non era pulitissima, ma niente di grave.

A great hotel with every thing you need with a great view and location.
Pros:

My room with a view was big, clean and glorious and balcony and view accross Umbria,Not all rooms have views. A few stairs where my room was but there was an elevator for other rooms.
Breakfas was the typical great Italian breakfast and more. Resteraunt part of the Hotel with views and outside resteraunt area. Staff were exepttional especially at the front desk who kindly help me so much. Also the staff who cleaned my room and immediately help me out when I arrived a bit early.
Location was the best right in the middle of town close to everything.

The view from the room and central position.

Cons:

When we arrived we found a nice young lady at check in. However at check out in the morning we had a very bad experience. We were told that check out was at 10 am but in the room floor the information is stating in written that the room has to be left empty by 11 am. We packed immediately after being told in a very rude manner we were late at 10 and then when I red the information available from the hotel in the floor I was told by the cleaner in a rude manner again that we were over 11 which was not true because I checked in front of her the clock. Upon my time consideration, both the women at the reception and the cleaner continued to support their rude position. People like that cannot work in an hotel with clients. Apart from this, the room cleaning and conditions were not worth considering the price, they didn't cleaned the room the first day and the breakfast is all packed and not that fresh. I will never go back again.

Stare miasto jest przepiękne. Podróż wymaga dobrego przygotowania. Żałuję, że nie miałam dodatkowego dnia na dokładniejs

Bardzo podobał mi się ten budynek, który jest wkomponowany w ciąg zabudowań zabytkowego starego miasta. W moim pokoju był do dyspozycji malutki i bardzo
przytulny balkonik. Materace i poduszki na łóżku są bardzo wygodne, a sympatyczne panie z personelu służą informacją.

Cons:

Jedyny problem, jaki miałam dotyczył parkingu. Na stronie booking.com zapewniano, iż ten hotel posiada własny parking, co okazało się nie być prawdą. Miejsca parkingowe zarezerwowane są dla mieszkańców, którzy mają odpowiednie winietki na szybie, a wolnych parkingów jest bardzo mało. Samochód najlepiej zostawić jest w garażu podziemnym przy przystanku autobusowym na dole.

La posizione vicino al centro

Cons:

Le camere e i bagni sono decisamente datati, il bagno ha piastrelle rotte sicuramente è necessaria una ristrutturazione.Nonostante la presenza dell’ascensore per raggiungere la camera bisogna fare dei gradini quindi sconsigliato a persone con difficoltà deambulatorie.
