Quartos confortáveis com boa localização.
Pros:

Gostei da localização e dos quartos que estão totalmente reformados. Confortáveis e silenciosos.

Cons:

O Café da manha da segunda feira. Faltaram varios itens , inclusive pães e frutas frescas não foram colocados à disposição. Talvez devido a baixa ocupação do hotel na segunda, não sei. De qualquer forma, precisam manter a qualidade mesmo nos dias de baixa ocupação. Nos demais dias estavam tudo em ordem, bom café da manhã!

Molto soddisfatto della scelta della struttura.
Pros:

Colazione ottima e molto fornita, servizio cordiale e preciso. Posizione centrale e comoda per la visita della città e vicino ai parcheggi.

Cons:

Forse un materasso più comodo. Ma questo può essere un problema personale!

Brutto episodio ad Asdisi

Il soggiorno,le tortore,il paesaggio,le camminate ad Assisi tutte le stradine si incrociano.

Cons:

Una sera camminando in una via subito dopo la piazza principale del centro è sbucato un uomo che mi ha lanciato una bottiglia di vetro per mia fortuna è mancato poco mi prendesse mi sono spaventata e anche miei amici.... Ci siamo introdotte in un locale per dissuadere l uomo dal pedinarci.

Assisi come tappa finale del nostro cammino francescano avevano scelto questo albergo per riposarci e riprenderci dalla

Posizionata nella strada superiore di Assisi le camere sono dislocate anche in edifici diversi dalla reception centrale

Camere molto piccole
Frigobar vuoto senza neanche una bottiglia di acqua tenendo conto che c’erano oltre 35 gradi e per raggiungere l hotel si deve camminare per un lungo tratto anche in salita . Fatto notare alla reception la risposta è stata deludente e che non era compito loro controllare e rifornire il frigobar. Sinceramente mi sarei aspettato di ricevere in camera una bottiglia di acqua ma ho sopravvalutato la gestione e l’attenzione verso il cliente tenendo presente che il loro ristorante confonda con la camera che ci hanno dato situata in una struttura diversa da quella della reception . Migliorabile la gestione generale

I had a magical few days staying here.
Pros:

The best view in Assisi from my balcony.
Lovely breakfast with very friendly staff.
It’s moments from the main square.

Cons:

The rooms are above the restaurant, but this can’t be avoided and the stunning views make up for it.

Be very careful before booking
Cons:

The bathrooms had mold, there was someone else’s hair in the room, bugs inside, and the whole place had an overwhelming disinfectant smell that made it feel even worse. The rooms were clearly not being properly cleaned.

We had to leave due to hotel conditions. They promised to issue a refund and never did, which is honestly consistent with the level of this place. Be very careful.
