Cons:

La colazione è un po' scarsa e non vi è nessuna indicazione sui prodotti. Rumori di ogni genere nella stanza dove abbiamo alloggiato proveniente dal corridoio e da altre stanze.

A wonderful hotel, central to the centre of Assisi. Superb value for money.
Pros:

The location was absolutely perfect for the centre of Assisi. Excellent location for the key religious sites in Assisi.

We loved our room - overlooking the Umbrian hills. Especially loved the bell ringing on the hour.

The staff were excellent. The young girl on reception was exceptionally helpful and the lovely lady in the dining room went above and beyond every morning. Wonderful staff.

Cons:

We'd have loved a kettle in the room. Not a deal breaker as everything else was perfect.

Cons:

la stanza non era vivibile poichè i termosifoni erano al massimo e il personale non è riuscito a spegnerli. Ho dovuto provvedere personalmente con un paio di pinze, ma la stanza era talmente calda che non siamo riusciti a dormire se non con le finestre aperte.

Pros:

Posizione perfetta in pieno centro ed anche molto silenzioso.

Cons:

Bagno un pochino stretto, soprattutto tra bidè e piatto doccia.
Inoltre consiglierei di cambiare ogni tanto la doccetta in quanto l'acqua fuoriusciva a spruzzo dai fori, in quanto ostrruiti.
