A nice location, Shame about the staff and the lack of service. Very poor.

Cons:

There was a bar located under our room, and open till 12.00 with over 30 people talking loudly till then. There was no one on reception to complain to. I would certainly advise people from staying there.

Location was excellent, staff very welcoming.

Cons:

Typical Italian breakfast with sweets and all white bread. Nothing fresh like tomatoes or cucumbers or fruit.

Pros:

Hotel je v úplném centru Assisi. Velmi příjemný personál. Možnost parkování v blízkosti hotelu. Parádní restaurace s krásnou terasou. Velmi dobrá cena ubytování.

Cons:

Hotel a vybavení již pamatují lepší časy. Parkování je možné v jejich parkovišti, ale za 10 eur/noc, což je hodně.

Hotel ben organizzato e dotato di molti servizi, consiglio per pulizia e gentilezza della reception.
Pros:

La struttura è centralissima e permette l’accesso ai luoghi di interesse della città. Ad 8 minuti dalla chiesa di San Francesco. Ha un servizio di parcheggio a 12 € al giorno e se avete un autovettura personale vi viene dato l’accesso alla ZTL. Il parcheggio è accanto all’albergo e facilmente raggiungibile. La pulizia è impeccabile e mettono asciugamani puliti ogni giorno. La camera è dotata di aria condizionata regolabile che permette una buona qualità del riposo.

Cons:

A noi era stata assegnata una camera che probabilmente affacciava su una strada principale, questo purtroppo ha reso il riposo un po’ difficoltoso perché si sentivano veramente tutti i rumori esterni anche la mattina presto, questa è l’unica pecca della camera che ci era stata assegnata .

Il punto forte è il parcheggio privato a pagamento della struttura in pieno centro storico. La posizione ideale in quanto a 5 min camminando dalla zona dei ristoranti

Cons:

La struttura è molto datata ed abbiamo trovato il bagno sporco. la doccia è collocata sopra al bagno quindi facendosi la doccia si bagna tutto il water, porta carta igienica e tutto il bagno in quando non vi è una tendina di separazione. Bagno piccolo stanza dimensione buona
