I would gladly return.
Pros:

A very pleasant, intimate hotel in an excellent location; it is clean and well-maintained. The reception staff are very friendly and courteous, and the housekeeping staff—looking very stylish in their starched white aprons—are helpful.

Pros:

La ubicación cercana a plaza roma, personal amable, aunque llegamos muy tarde y ya no había personal en el hotel nos lo dejaron todo preparado para poder acceder a la habitación sin problema

Cons:

Se escuchaban hasta los pasos de las habitaciones de arriba, cuando llegamos la segunda noche solicitamos una almohada extra y nos dijeron que ya estaba el cuarto cerrado que la solicitáramos por la mañana

Pros:

Great location, easy access to all the sites and train. Air-conditioned and quite even its in the busy area. Friendly staff, there was a kettle and they cleaner the room every day.

Check it out.
Pros:

It was very close to train , staff was wonderful, day and night.
After check out our last day the lady on due, forgot her name, came running blocks to return something I had forgot in the room.
Talk about going above and beyond.
The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and also quiet.
In would highly recommend the hotel for location and, you cannot beat the price.

Pros:

Staff molto disponibile, posizione molto comoda per girare, inoltre vicina alla stazione. Stanza pulita, con tutti i beni necessari. L-aria condizionata e wifi efficace.

Cons:

Rapporto qualità-prezzo non proporzionato. Lavandino grande come una ciotola del cane poco utilizzabile.
Abbiamo prenotato una camera tripla, ma era minuscola per tre persone, a malapena si poteva girarsi Ci hanno fornito un divano letto per mia figlia molto rumoroso e scomodo. La visione dalla finetra era il muro della casa vicino :(

Comfortable, clean room with helpful staff
Pros:

It was well located, near the station but also within good neighborhood, easy to find. Room was small but comfortable, newly renovated. Bathroom was clean. Staff was welcoming and ready to help. We came in at 2 after midnight, so the reception was closed as in almost all hotels in Venice, but the staff had prepared our room keys in advance, so we could easily get inside.
