This was a pretty comfortable stay. The hotel is a short walk from the train station with lots of shops and restaurants close by. The staff was very lovely and helpful with suggestions. The room was a little small but it fit two people with luggage just fine and you aren't in Venice to spend time in your room all day! The bed was very comfortable and we heard no street noise so we were able to sleep quite peacefully. I would stay here again.

駅から近く、ヴァポレットにも乗りやすくて便利です。周囲には飲食店やお店が多く、スーパーもあります。
スタッフの方もフレンドリーで、午前中の到着でしたがすぐチェックインしてくださり助かりました。朝食もおいしかったです。

Personnel d'accueil très agréable, la chambre était petite mais suffisante pour dormir au calme, une salle de bain spatieuse, thé et tisane dans la chambre disponibles. J'ai apprécié la prise anti-moustiques dans la chambre. Bonne literie également, ça compte ! Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié (salé et sucré) avec une jolie machine à café et chocolat pour démarrer la journée.

Really close to the train station and made it easy to get in. Staff was unbelievably friendly and made it extremely easy to check in and get settled right away. Would recommend for anyone staying in Venice!

Bien placé dans une rue facile à trouver, assez proche de la gare Santa Lucia.
Personnel francophone. Petit déjeuner généreux, varié, avec tout ce qu'on peut souhaiter (jambons, fromage, yaourts, céréales, jus de fruits, croissants, pains variés, confiture, miel, etc.). Chambre climatisée, avec prise anti-moustique.

This was my third time staying here and it was nice to see the standard has been maintained since my first stay in 2008.
It’s in an excellent location and that’s the most important thing in Venice, the ease of arrival/departure. I saw so many people lugging their bags up and down the bridges of Venice, whereas all I had to do was walk a short distance from St Lucia Station. Being at the top of the city in Cannaregio means that all of Venice is in front of you and at your feet, literally, you walk everywhere.
The hotel is inside a lovely old Venetian building, whilst inside it's all marble and clean lines. I paid a really good price for a week in Venice in the middle of summer.
My room was on the first floor and very comfortable with a double bed, work table, kettle with tea & coffee, luggage rack, TV and free WiFi. I had a typical Venetian view over the lane from the window.
The washroom was a good size with a nice shower. The service and cleanliness was very good.
Breakfast is available for a fee onsite.
I’ll be back to stay when next in Venice.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station. There are a few steps leading to the front desk and potentially to the rooms. Our stay featured a double bed plus an additional room with a single bed; both were very clean and a good size. While the bathroom isn't huge, I'm quite tall and had no issues at all.

We had a great night's sleep. It’s excellent value for money and delivers exactly what you’d expect for this price range. I would definitely return as it checked all my boxes: clean, near the station, comfortable and quiet. I didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but the staff was friendly and very helpful with local information.
