La ubicación muy buena y q la habitación tenía aire acondicionado.
La habitación para dos personas, diminuta. Sin armario!!! El baño compartido lo sabía, vale, pero el armario me parece algo basico. Era una habitación en la q solo entraban las 2 camas. Y el baño compartido era de risa. Una ducha y el retrete y éste delante de la ducha q había q
esquivar o saltar. Y la temperatura del edificio estaba a 50°
El desayuno súper bueno, aire acondicionado en la habitación y tv con Netflix/ Amazon Prime y Disney+. Zona muy tranquila y céntrica.
La recepcionista hablaba español.
La almohada muy delgada, pero el colchón bien.
Завтрак - нормалный. В принципе большего и не нужно. Но он не разнообразный и там в основном выпечка. Но это может именно специфика. Нормально.

The water came out the shower and we had to use quite a lot of towels to keep the floor dried.
A small detail, we received only a big towel and a very small and thin hand towel, we would like to have received a 3rd one.
Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, 3 minuty od vaporetto, tuż przy hotelu knajpki na każdą kieszeń, 350m od hotelu market Conrad.
Hotel jest przytulny, unikalny, bo to rodzinny biznes a nie sieciówka. Można zjeść śniadanie na klimatycznym patio. Rewelacyjna sprawa na pobyt weekendowy.

AC was just ok. Not quite cool enough
This is a solid 1-2 star hotel. The location is phenomenal and the service was delightful, but the hotel itself is pretty sad. For the price, I’m shocked that it was that minimal. In the US, it’s about equivalent to a Motel 6. The shower was so small that I (5’1” small female) could not wash my body or hair without hitting the walls. There was an AC unit that was broken - our room got to be 85 degrees F and we all slept on top of the beds (me in a literal bathing suit because I was sweating). We had one day in Venice and we wanted to do it on a budget, but I bet there are other options that weren’t so down bad.

Nice location, friendly staff...breakfast with adequate selection of local pastries!
Small shower space, not so powerful A/C
Можно с маленькой собачкой!:) Для нас это большой плюс. У хозяев отеля тоже есть собачка!:) Хорошее расположение. Автомобиль в этот раз поставил на Tronchetto, от туда ходит монорельс за 1.5 евро, бронировал место за менее 24часов, на стоянке P. Roma мест уже не было, бронируйте за мин два дня стоянку, если хотите на P. Roma. Сам отель очень хороший, для такой цены просто отлично!!! Хороший завтрак и вежливый персонал! Чистая ванная комната и хорошая кровать с удобными подушками. Рядом много кафе и ресторанов. Не далеко продуктовый магазин. Рекомендую!!!
