Pros:

Very clean. Very nice staff. Breakfast buffet was good. Very close to a vaporetto stop which made it nice with luggage.

Kann gut sein, dass ich zur nächsten Biennale wiederkomme.

Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker. Die Lage des Hotels hat mir sehr gut gefallen (nicht laut, nah an der nächsten Vaporetto-Station, nicht sehr weit vom Bahnhof, nah am Univiertel). Der schnuckelige, kleine Innenhof war absolut nach meinem Geschmack. Ganz nach meinem Wunsch bekam ich ein Zimmerchen (ca. 6 qm) zum Innenhof.

Cons:

Da die Dusche den Bad-Boden flutet, empfielt sich für die Nasszelle ein Paar Gummischlappen. Und die hatte ich vorsorglich schon dabei :))

Decent room and location, but the lack of privacy and housekeeping practices made the stay less enjoyable than expected.
Pros:

Good location in Venice and the room itself was comfortable. Check-in was straightforward and the property was clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I did not feel that my privacy was respected during my stay. On both mornings, housekeeping was working directly outside my room very early with cleaning equipment, creating noise while I was trying to rest. On one occasion, a staff member entered my room without my permission and woke me up. As a guest on holiday, I expected more privacy and consideration for guests who may wish to sleep in and relax. This negatively affected my overall experience.

Pros:

Me gustó todo, personal muy amable y atento, instalaciones bien y limpias. El desayuno muy bien, con dulce y salado. Bien situado, a 15 min andando de la Plaza San Marcos.

Ενδιάμεσα σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα, καθαρό, ησυχία
Pros:

Είναι σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, κοντά και στο κεντρικό σταθμό αλλά και στην κεντρική πλατεία του Αγίου Μάρκου. Ενδιάμεσα σε όλα. Παρόλο που είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο έχει πολλή ησυχία. Αν και λίγο παλιο σαν ξενοδοχείο οι παροχές είναι πολύ ικανοποιητικές σε σημείο που δεν το περιμένεις. Επίσης πολύ καθαρό και πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι. Συνεχώς ζεστό νερο.

Cons:

Δεν έχει ασανσέρ το ξενοδοχείο γιατί είναι πολύ παλιό, εμείς δεν δυσκολευτήκαμε, αλλά ίσως κάποιοι δυσκολευτούν.

Sehr gemütliches Hotel

Man kann das Hotel per Wasserbus Vaporetto oder zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof in 10min. erreichen. Rund um das Hotel sind auch viele Restaurants. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber ausreichend und mit einer guten Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Bei Bedarf kann auch das Gepäck aufbewahrt werden, perfekt für Reisende welche auch nach dem Checkout die Stadt erkunden möchten.

Felt like the vampire Armand living at Mariuses posh house

The location was amazing, breakfast was delicious, staff were absolutely wonderful, the room was something out of a movie. OH AND THE INTERNET!!! It was the fastest WiFi on my entire trip. Its faster than the one I have at home. Also, air-conditioning was just right
