Todo bien, por poner algo negativo la decoración un poco antigua, pero es normal.
Zweckmäßig. Sehr gut: Steckdose, USB-A und USB-C neben dem Bett.
Frühstück ausbaufähig mit frischem Gemüse (Tomaten, Gurken, Paprika). Ein Toaster, Kaffee könnte heißer sein.
Un piccolo hotel che meriterebbe sicuramente una stella in più sia per la cortesia dello staff sia per la posizione (in centro, a 10 minuti a piedi da piazza san Marco e dal Guggenheim) comodamente raggiungibile a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Le stanze sono piccine ma graziose (con travi a vista sul soffitto), pulite e ben tenute, la colazione è inclusa e varia (sia dolce che salata). Nel complesso è un'ottima soluzione per il rapporto qualità-prezzo, valutando che si tratta sempre di Venezia e la posizione è davvero centrale. Non manca neppure la fermata del vaporetto a 2 minuti.
Solo a titolo informativo, non è presente l'ascensore.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, and the next morning we noticed numerous bites on my partner’s arms – clustered, in lines, very itchy, and still visible long after we returned home. I also had a few bites myself, though far fewer. Immediately after leaving the hotel, we went to a pharmacy, where the pharmacist confirmed these looked like bed bug bites.
The problem was not only the bites themselves, but especially the hotel’s reaction. At check-out, they refunded us 25% of the price, but afterwards, in email correspondence, they kept insisting that these were “just mosquito bites.” This explanation is simply not credible – mosquito bites usually disappear quickly, while in our case the marks lasted much longer and looked very different.
Instead of addressing the issue seriously, the hotel tried to dismiss it and shift the blame onto the guests. We felt completely ignored, and such an attitude and lack of responsibility are unacceptable.
I cannot recommend this place – not only because of the bites themselves, but especially because of the way the hotel deals with such situations.
Location was good, only a short walk from the train station. Beds were comfy and made every day by the staff. Air conditioner in room was good.
Shared bathroom was very small. Breakfast was very basic and was served in a small window of time, so not very flexible. Limited options for food.
