Great stay
Pros:

Location is excellent. Room clean but quite small. Kettle in room which is great but paper cups. Our room was lovely and quiet though and the bed was really comfortable .

Good location for a short stay in Venice
Pros:

Great central location . Very close to St Marks Square and grand canal

Cons:

Very steep stairs . Not easy with heavy suitcases.
Room small .. no room to put suitcases on the floor and walk around. Door left unlocked when room was serviced

Il personale di servizio è sempre gentile. L'accoglienza è compressivamente molto buona.
Mi è piaciuto lo stile essenziale della camera e della sala colazione, senza decorazioni superflue.

Abbiamo raggiunto l hotel con molta facilità , il check in è stato rapido la posizione molto comoda.

La posizione è ottima vicino a Piazza San Marco, la camera e il bagno puliti

Cons:

Il letto non è molto comodo, la scala di accesso è molto ripida e non c'è l'ascensore. All'ingresso c'era un cattivo odore.

The room had an air conditioner with a comfortable bed and tea/ coffee making facilities.

Cons:

The room was very compact and quite expensive, for what it was. However, in the context of Venice it was on the lower end of the scale.
