La ubicación es inmejorable. A una calle de la plaza de san marcos. El chico que nos atendió cuando llegamos, hablaba español y era muy agradable

Cons:

Habitantes muy pequeña para 3 personas; sin armarios, sin sitio para dejar nada en el aseo. No hay ascensor. Nuestra habitación era un primer piso, pero si estás más hacia arriba, subir con maletas grandes es complicado

Cons:

Il bagno era piccolissimo e dalle foto appariva molto più grande. Non ho gradito il fatto di dover uscire per andare a fare colazione. Non era chiaro dalla prenotazione che l' alloggio sarebbe stato contiguo all' hotel. Inoltre le finestre danno sul cortile interno di un ristorante ed è stato difficile tenerle aperte per il forte odore di spezie. La colazione dolce consta di croissant o pane... mi aspettavo qualcosa in più, sebbene i cornetti fossero buoni. Infine ho trovato scomode le scale per accedere alla stanza. Credo che il costo del pernottamento con colazione sia stato eccessivo.

Ottima posizione e struttura discreta
Pros:

Ottima la posizione, a pochi passi da Riva degli Schiavoni e da Piazza San Marco, in una piazzetta attrezzata con ristoranti, pizzerie e bacari. Personale molto disponibile e cordiale. Nonostante sia in un edificio antico, l’interno e le stanze sono ristrutturate e moderne.

Cons:

Stanze piccoline (ovviamente), bagno piccolo ma funzionale. Pulizia da migliorare.
