nada, porque no estaba funcionando los días que nosotros reservamos y abonamos 6 meses antes.

Cons:

8 días antes me informaron que no podían hospedarnos y la habitación ya estaba abonada. lo peor es que querían que yo cancelara la reserva en lugar de ellos. Después que les dijera que no iba a cancelar yo la reserva y decirles que debían co seguirme un reemplazo de igual o superior calidad sin cargos extra, me derivaron a un hotel que se ingresaba por una calle oscura y sucia y la habitacion estaba en otro edificio separado, en lugar de estar en una plaza como el hotel Río, de inferior en calidad y puntos booking.

Me dijeron una semana antes que no podia alojarme. Tuve que contactar con booking para que se hicieran responsable de mi hospedaje. Me alojaron supuestamente en un hotel superior y era mentira, desde la recepción de este “nuevo” alojamiento nos llevaron a otro edificio donde era todo bastante viejo, peor calidad que las contratadas, sucio, una vergüenza, nos sentimos engañados.

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, wie auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Man ist mitten drin in einer super schönen Gasse und in wenigen Gehminuten unten am Wasser (mit „Schiffstation“) oder am Piazza San Marco. Gleich nebem dem Hotel befinden sich diverse gute Restaurants.
Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet, aber top sauber und sehr gemütlich.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

The location, the room, everything was great, EVERYTHING. Francesco at the reception was very welcoming. He gave us tips and we had a great discussion. Thank you for the tips. We will be back.

Cons:

The a/c in the room was not working but we only told the receptionist on our departure. We didnt need it as the room temperature was okay. So that's on me for not alerting them earlier.

Exceptionnel et magique !!
Pros:

Nous voyageons souvent et il est très rare de trouver un hôtel avec un rapport qualités/prix aussi exceptionnel, le personnel est extrêmement bienveillant et à l’écoute, l’emplacement est parfait à quelques mètres de la place Saint Marc, sur une petite place à l’ambiance magique.
le déjeuner est de très bonne qualité.
je recommande vivement cet établissement, nous y retournerons certainement.

Ubicación excelente a 3 min andando de plaza de San Marcos. Al llegar a recepción, nos han hablado en español y acompañado hasta la misma habitación, ayudando a mi mujer con el equipaje al subir las escaleras. Edificio anexo, entras y sales cuando quieres con la tarjeta lectora. Hacen la habitación todos los díasz

Habitación y baños pequeños en general, pero bien por lo que se paga en Venecia. Lo peor es que no hay calefacción, solo una bomba de aire caliente y el radiador de toallas del baño…y el frio en esta época en Venecia es helador. Aún así tampoco pasamos frio, pero menos aún calor.

Purtroppo l’esperienza in questo hotel è stata negativa in parte…
Durante il soggiorno non siamo stati avvisati di un grave pericolo l’interruttore o qualcosa ha preso fuoco, creando una situazione potenzialmente rischiosa per gli ospiti. Ritengo inaccettabile la mancanza totale di comunicazione e prevenzione da parte della struttura.A peggiorare la situazione, la colazione non è stata usufruita a causa dell’accaduto, ma non è stato previsto alcun rimborso né una minima forma di attenzione o scuse.
La sicurezza degli ospiti e la gestione corretta degli imprevisti dovrebbero essere una priorità.
Mi aspettavo almeno trasparenza, assistenza e correttezza, che purtroppo non ci sono state.
Esperienza deludente, soprattutto per come è stata gestita una situazione potenzialmente pericolosa.
