The room was very small, the two flights of steps with heavy bags made it difficult and even dangerous, no help was offered to get the bags up the stairs.

Nella parte migliore della citta'
Pros:

A pochi passi da Piazza S. Marco in uno stretto vicolo vicino alla banchina dove attraccano i traghetti si trova l'Hotel. L'ingresso a piano terra e un paio di rampe di scale troviamo la reception. Tutto ristretto in un ambiente in stile veneziano lussuoso.
Veniamo accompagnati alla camera situata nella vicina dependance, stile camera Reale con ampi tendaggi, tappezzerie Bordeaux e suppellettili color oro. Molto spaziosa come i servizi. Dalla finestra si può ammirare un continuo passaggio di gondole, bella! Colazione gradevole . Ne vale la pena.

Posizione ottima, colazione semplice, ma funzionale. Bagno con doccia grande e comoda.

Cons:

La nostra camera era situata al terzo piano, essendo una struttura antica non ci sono ascensori. Non consigliato per chi ha problemi di mobilità.

Pros:

Staff was quite friendly and helpful. Location is amazing which is close to restaurants and main square (just around 5 mins walk). Room was clean and AC was working fine!
