Pros:

La ubicación estupenda y en nuestro caso la suite con vistas al canal.

Cons:

La cena que nos entraba según la reserva es en realidad unos aperitivos,de carne o pescado a elegir. Estaban buenos pero Booking no lo especificó.

Удобное местоположение, комнаты маленькие но достаточно места чтобы передохнуть и переночевать. Завтрак хороший и приветливый персонал. Ключ нужно оставлять на ресепшене когда находишься не в отеле, что показалось мне странным.

Cons:

Душевая кабина очень маленькая.

Très bon séjour à Venise
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien situé dans une petite ruelle calme.
Le personnel est très accueillant, serviable et nous a donné beaucoup d’informations sur les environs.
Le petit déjeuner était excellent et le service était parfait.
On a bien un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel.

Hotel Mercurio is a special place to stay.
Pros:

This hotel is stunning and the people working at the hotel are super kind and hospitable. They have a wonderful breakfast spread and a great appetizer hour if you select that option when you book. Anyone wanting a unique Venetian experience should book here. My group were all women and we all felt safe and taken care of. There are stairs but the staff took care off all of our bags. The room was a bit small but 100% worth the stay. The hotel is also clean. Again, can’t emphasize enough how kind all the staff were. Fantastic!!

Pros:

L'hotel si trova in una posizione perfetta per visitare i luoghi più importanti della città. La gentilezza del personale, la ricca colazione e la pulizia sono altri punti a favore. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato ottimo. Essendo un palazzo storico non c è ascensore e per salire ci sono scale un po" ripide, lo sapevamo e non è stato un problema.
