We appreciate the cleanliness and location of this hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpful, and the location is convenient and within walking distance from the train station.

Close to the train station, no stairs so that is nice. You see a lot of people struggling with suitcases over the bridges. The bathroom window would not stay close, therefore letting some mosquitoes in. We kept the door shut to the bathroom to keep the bugs out so the bathroom was very hot because the air conditioning could not reach it. We managed, never complained because we were only there for 2 nights. If we stayed longer we would have needed a bigger place but this did okay for a quick in and out.

East check in , friendly staff.

Close to the train station and airport bus stop. Close to ferry stop also. Many places to eat. Hotel breakfast is limited. No kettle in the room. No Engligh TV channels. We paid for the breakfast separatly. Not included to room rates. Quiet area but we heard other guests coming ang going, talking, flushing toilets, even the turn on and off light switches.

Close to rail station, restaurants and city activities

Hotel Guerrini was a fabulous place to stay while in Venice. The rooms clean, quiet and cool. It was a great location with a quick walk from the train station and bus station. The hotel lane way was like an oasis from the hustle and bustle of Venice walkways. Staff super helpful and breakfast delicious. Highly recommend 🇮🇹🥂

Great little hotel with a quaint breakfast and walking distance to everything. Front desk recommend a wonderful restaurant around the corner, great food great vibe. No pushy hostess outside trying to get you to dine which is all too common in Italy.

I have traveled extensively in Italy (19 of 20 regions). I have never met people more rude and hostile as the people who own/run this hotel. The son of the owner bid me a farewell in the photo attached. A picture tells a thousands words. Horrible ambassadors for travelers to Venice. Sad...

It was very clean. Small shower space; a big person would not have been able to get in. No ice offered at this property, which would have been nice to have, since there was no fridge. No satellite TV, so all channels are Italian, and all English movies are dubbed with Italian voices. Dark panels over the windows, which makes the rooms very dark. Many buildings have these though. However, Venice was very lovely and charming.

Very money minded staff . I think it was family owned business. Long story short not worth it at all with$ 250 dollars.no mini refrigerator.very small shower. Bugs and mosquitoes all around …and many more

Room and washroom is too small, be prepared to deal with mosquitoes because it is Venice

Very close to the train station and off the Main Street with plenty of dining options . The only thing I can say negative is they will only give you one key card. I got a sick belly and my young men wanted to go out for the evening. I had to get up late to go open the door for them because reception leaves at 10:30. I could not send the card with them because power to room shuts off without it. Very inconvenient.

Very nice staff !!! We appreciated that all 4 beds were ready(with a little gift) when we arrived ! Normally in other hotels for a family of 4 we have to do the sofa bed ourselves !! Nice people !!

After a week in a cramped cruise ship cabin, I had modest expectations for this hotel. But I was pleasantly surprised! Not only was it ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the train station and surrounded by restaurants and attractions, but it was also surprisingly comfortable. Our family of four enjoyed a spacious room with a queen-sized bed for my wife and me, and two single beds for our kids. The free WiFi was reliable, and the breakfast was a welcome bonus, comparable to what you'd find in local restaurants. The only minor hiccup was a non-functional TV, but with good internet, it wasn't a major issue. Conveniently located. Just off Main Street but very quiet. Front desk staff were very helpful. Comfortable room. Shower is a little small for a 6’ 2” American dude.

The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are massive compared to anything else in Venice. The bathroom was also a good size and kept well stocked. The internet was fast and reliable which is rare. The breakfast is simple but very nice with plenty to choose from. The area is great, super close to the train station and to lots of amazing restaurants. My only complaint is that the power went out in the hotel and the whole street for about 12 hours. The hotel did provide lamps (a one up on lots of other hotels) and were very apologetic however it is something that seems to happen semi-regularly so is something to think about before booking in this area. If the worst was to happen you would at last be very well looked after at this hotel.
