Location was great / rooms were always clean and staff were brilliant!!
Room did not look like it did in the photo advertising it was lots smaller and we had to climb over our cases to get to the bathroom - there was not space to open a suitcase except on the bed. - we were given one of the two smaller double rooms on each floor - I could see this on the fire exit map.

洗面台が狭いので、朝顔を洗うと床にこぼれて水浸しになる。シャワーブースの引き戸を閉めたつもりが反対側が開いてしまったのに気づかす、水浸しにしてしまった。水回りの使い方に注意！
部屋の鍵を開ける時に、ドアノブを引っ張りながら扉を押して開けないとならず難しかった。（開けてもらうこともあったが、快く開けてくださった。）

The hotel was beautiful. Incredibly cute. Amazing breakfast and very comfortable rooms. The location was perfect. Although it was a little tricky to get there when you get off the train station into the island of Venice once you learn to get around, it is perfect. We were five minutes from Piazza San Marco. Five minutes from the Alto Bridge. And pretty much everything was pretty close for us to even get lost and find our way back.
I had a little accident with the bed cover with the hot iron and the hotel overcharge me € 190 for it. I believe it was way overpriced since the bed cover was very old and when I spoke to the person at the lobby, they told me there was no going to be a problem. When I mentioned to them that I will pay for it they told me not to worry that I might not have pay because the business is owned by a family and they’re very nice . But they waited until I was ready to leave to charge me. Since leaving the island of Venice it’s very tricky. You pretty much have no time to deal with anything but try to get to your water ferry on time for your flight. I had no time to discuss the real prize or anything. I think that was a low movement from the hotel staff.
Now my intention was never to do anything about it, but over pay? They mentioned to me that the new one was about €300 which is something I completely disbelief. So I left with a little bit of a sour note.

No se oía el ruido de la calle a pesar de estar en una zona concurrida. El personal fue muy amable y estuvo dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. El desayuno, muy completo. Si vuelvo a Venecia, este será mi hotel de elección!
Lo único, el baño es bastante pequeño. Pero vamos, tampoco necesitas más...

Le gros point fort c’est l’emplacement, à 5 minutes du rialto et 10 de saint Marc. Il ya donc tout à côté. Chambre confortable. Très bon wifi.

Hotel byl čistý. Milý a nápomocen personal. Téměř rodina atmosféra. Zejména na recepci a personal při snídani vytvářeli rodinnou atmosféru. Lokalita byla báječná. Rád se vrátím.
Není co vytknout. Pokoje jsou sice menší, ale to je vzhledem velikosti domu v Benátkách pochopitelné.
Sehr zentral in San Marco, sehr gute Schalldämmung im Zimmer zur Straße, sehr nettes Personal, außergewöhnlich gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück. Rundum perfekter Aufenthalt!
