Our experience is, of course, just our personal opinion, but there were many things we genuinely loved about this hotel.

The reception staff were absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to answer all of our questions and gave us excellent recommendations—not only for sightseeing, but also for buying authentic souvenirs. Their advice was genuinely valuable and made our stay much more enjoyable. We were also pleasantly surprised when they welcomed us with complimentary drinks as soon as we arrived.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is very close to the Rialto vaporetto stop, and most of Venice's main attractions are within about a 15-minute walk. It made exploring the city very convenient.

The breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of fresh food and drinks, and everything was refilled quickly throughout breakfast. We were very impressed with both the quality and the selection.

The room was very comfortable. The bed was excellent, the bathroom was spotlessly clean, and housekeeping did a great job every day. The room was cleaned daily and maintained to a very high standard throughout our stay.

Super zentral zwischen Markusplatz und Rialto
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Bad war frisch renoviert. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse äußerst umfangreich.

Cons:

Einzelzimmer in Venedig sind klein. Dieses war schon sehr winzig. Aber es gab alles was man braucht.

Le dimensioni estremamente ridotte della camera e la scomodità dei sanitari in bagno che costringono a fare contorsionismi.

La ubicación es muy buena, personal atento y la mayoría muy simpáticos el aire acondicionado es genial y tiene una mini nevera .

El aire acondicionado, hizo mucho calor y estaba genial llegar al hotel. La atención del personal, perfecta, desayuno muy bien también. Baño impecable.

Cons:

La decoración de la habitación, y un poco de olor a cigarrillo o encierro, en el impacto de entrar, después ya no.

הצוות חמוד מאוד ועם נכונות להדריך ולעזור. החדר אחלה, קטן כמו ברוב ונציה אבל בסדר גמור והמזגן היה סבבה (בחום הלוהט של ונציה באוגוסט זה קריטי). ארוחת בוקר מגוונת ועשירה.

Cons:

המיקום הוא נהדר אם אתם מגיעים בטיסת יום ויש גישה לbus boat של תחנת Rialto. בלילה המאוחר, אין גישה לשם וזה הופך את המסע למלון לסיוט (להיגרר עם מזוודות בגשרים והמדרגות של ונציה זה לא פשוט). כנ"ל לגבי טיסה חזרה.

אין מעלית במלון וחבל שלא ציינו את זה. היינו בקומה שנייה שהיא אחלה ליום יום אבל עם המזוודות זה לא פשוט ובבוקר האחרון שלנו יצאנו מאוד מוקדם ולא היה מי שיסייע לנו לרדת עם המזוודות.

Venedig ist immer eine Reise wert ♥️
Pros:

Es wurde dem Wunsch nach einem Zimmer mit Balkon entsprochen. Frühstück war hervorragend. Sehr zentral gelegen, auch nicht weit zu den Stationen Nove und Zattere um auf die Nachbarinseln zu kommen.
