Important information:

Please note that the reception is located at Hotel Antica Casa Caretton, just 30 metres away. Check-in and check-out take place here.

All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. The latest possible check-in is 23:00.

In case of early departure, the hotel will charge at least the first 2 nights. Please note cash payment is only accepted in Euro.

The TV remote controls and the keys to the safe are available with a deposit, which must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out.

The property has no lift.

The invoice must be requested at the time of booking or at the latest by check-in, providing ONLY in writing all the information required by Italian law.

The Customer must request an INVOICE, as required by Article 22, paragraph 1, no. 1 of Presidential Decree 633/1972, no later than the time the payment transaction is made. If no request is received by the payment date, a regular sales or service document will be issued.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Das Bad war komplett neu, die Lage perfekt, mir hat es sehr gefallen. Ich hatte alles, was ich wollte.

Buen precio para ir solamente a dormir y pasar el día fuera
Pros:

Buena ubicación si llegas desde el aeropuerto en bus o tren. Tiene también una parada de vaporetto relativamente cerca y un supermercado amplio, cosa que en Venecia no es tan fácil encontrar.
La habitación tenía un aire acondicionado que funcionaba bien y una ducha amplia y agradable. También secador del pelo.

Cons:

Teníamos que subir tres pisos de escaleras para llegar a la habitación que era bastante pequeña. En nuestro caso el baño estaba dentro de la habitación pero era tan pequeño que te chocaban las rodillas al sentarte en el váter. No cabíamos 2 personas en el baño a la vez.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub im immer wieder faszinierenden Venedig
Pros:

Supertolle Lage nahe des Bahnhofs Sta. Lucia und nicht weit zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Ein Kühlschrank im sehr, sehr kleinen Zimmer wäre toll, aber es wäre dann noch enger.

Muy cómoda y volvería a repetir
Pros:

La ubicación muy buena, tranquila y céntrica. El baño muy limpio y bonito.
La habitación es pequeña pero para dos personas está muy bien, ya que solo se utiliza un rato para dormir.

Cons:

Que no tenga ascensor para las personas que lo necesiten, a mi no me importó

Ideal, wenn man ein Bett für die Nacht braucht.
Pros:

Hat für uns super gepasst. Wir wollten eine saubere Unterkunft in der Nähe des Bahnhofs zu einem fairen Preis. Zusätzlich war die Gastgeberin sehr zuvorkommend, das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

for a single room the price/value is correct
location wise is very close to the train and bus station so if you have an early flight you can doze a bit more

La posizione è l'unico punto di forza
Pros:

La posizione è ottima, vicinissima alla stazione e alle fermate del vaporetto. Il contesto urbano limitrofo è caratteristico: vicino c'è un supermercato e diversi bar per la colazione e non solo.

Cons:

La stanza era troppo piccola: a malapena si riusciva a distanziare la sedia dalla scrivania, urtando comunque i piedi del letto. Molto angusta e poco pratica, anche qualora venga usata solo per dormire. La stanza era poco luminosa e mancavano le zanzariere, fondamentali per trascorrere la notte in serenità.
Complicato il check-in che deve essere effettuato in un'altra struttura, seppur vicina.

Boa localização.
Pros:

O ponto forte da acomodação é a localização , bem pertinho da estação de trem. Se um dia voltar à cidade me hospedaria novamente.
