Important information:

Please note that the reception is located at Hotel Antica Casa Caretton, just 30 metres away. Check-in and check-out take place here.

All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. The latest possible check-in is 23:00.

In case of early departure, the hotel will charge at least the first 2 nights. Please note cash payment is only accepted in Euro.

The TV remote controls and the keys to the safe are available with a deposit, which must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out.

The property has no lift.

The invoice must be requested at the time of booking or at the latest by check-in, providing ONLY in writing all the information required by Italian law.

The Customer must request an INVOICE, as required by Article 22, paragraph 1, no. 1 of Presidential Decree 633/1972, no later than the time the payment transaction is made. If no request is received by the payment date, a regular sales or service document will be issued.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Cons:

The single room bed in room 19 was so uncomfortable- would recommend getting a real mattress in there. The light in the bathroom wasn’t working so had to shower in the dark.

Todo se tiene que poner en contexto; En Venecia los hoteles “normales”son caros y regulares o malos .
Este hotel te ofrece lo que pagas , habitación más o menos limpia , con wc aceptable … y en un punto muy céntrico para mi , cerca de la estación de tren. El personal súper amable y servicial, lo mejor .

Nos dieron una habitación muyyyy pequeña, en un segundo piso sin ascensor .

Não vale ficar lá, escolha outro hotel!

Está bem localizado, mas não vale ficar, quartos antigos e pequenos!

Cons:

Sem recepção, você precisa ir a outro hotel fazer o checkin, o quarto era pequeno, móveis velhos, ambiente escuro, não tem elevador!

Cerca de la estación Sta Lucía y de acceso facil a otros lugares de la ciudad.

Cons:

Muy pequeña la habitación.
No tenía ascensor, lo q era muy cansador.
Tampoco una cafetera o calentador de agua, y no ofrecen desayuno, lo q retrasa los planes diarios

Pros:

Emplacement super à 2 pas de la gare.
Salle de bain petite mais suffisante.
Peu de prise électrique dommage.

Cons:

Problème coupure d’électricité par deux fois (une qui était prévu pour raison de travaux).
Problème d’eau chaude un soir, lié à la coupure d’électricité ?
Je ne sais pas 🤷🏻‍♂️
