Please note that the reception is located at Hotel Antica Casa Caretton, just 98 feet away. Check-in and check-out take place here.

All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. The latest possible check-in is 23:00.

In case of early departure, the hotel will charge at least the first 2 nights. Please note cash payment is only accepted in Euro.

The TV remote controls and the keys to the safe are available with a deposit, which must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out.

Pros:

Quaint little room only steps from train station & the canal.
Plenty of cafes & restaurants at your doorstep.

Cons:

Bed was a little hard for me.
Also a little difficult to find at first as its down an alleyway but you have to check in at another entrance.

Fatal no lo recomiendo
Pros:

Nada. Lo único positivo es que el personal era muy agradable y hablaban mi idioma. Además nos dejaron dejar las maletas después del check out para no tener que estar cargándolas todo el día por Venecia.
La ubicación es genial porque está cerca de la estación pero para hacer el check in hay que ir a otro edificio, un caos.

Cons:

Habitación vieja y cutre (aunque eso lo podía esperar). Limpieza nula en tres noches que estuve no cambiaron las toallas ni una vez.
El hotel no tiene ascensor (cosa que no sabía y que deberían de informar). En mi caso, me pusieron en una segunda planta y la verdad es que subir y bajar maletas por esas escaleras es una putada.
Para hacer el check in tienes que ir a otro edificio diferente!! Para entrar al edificio donde están las habitaciones es por otro lado, en un sitio más alejado, en una callejuela estrecha y que de noche da bastante mala espina la verdad.

Venice with Family
Pros:

The room was small but functional and had what we needed for our stay. We really appreciated the flexibility of the hosts, especially allowing us to check in earlier than scheduled—it made a big difference in our trip.

Gute Lage aber altes Zimmer und Einrichtung

Sehr zentral gelegen.
Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Wir waren nicht im eigentlichen Hotel untergebracht sondern im Schwesterhotel.
Hatten dann ein Zimmer zur Strasse ( Laufweg, Touriweg)
Sehr laut an 7.00 Uhr.
Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt in unserem eigentlichen Hotel.
Wir kamen um 15 Uhr dort an.
Duschen sind sehr klein, das gesamte Zimmer war sehr klein, an den Wänden fehlte teilweise die Tapete. Der Schrank roch sehr muffig und alt.

Posizione comoda e buona autonomia, migliorabile l’illuminazione
Pros:

Posizione molto comoda, vicina ai principali servizi. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Ho apprezzato l’indipendenza nella gestione di ingressi e uscite, che permette di organizzarsi liberamente. Buono anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Struttura un po’ datata ma nel complesso tenuta abbastanza bene.

Cons:

Aggiungerei una lampada per avere una luce più soffusa: attualmente l’illuminazione è piuttosto forte e la sera/notte manca un’opzione più soft e rilassante.

Pros:

Posizione comoda con traghetti e vicino la stazione santa lucia, zona ricca di negozi , ristoranti e servizi, staff disponibile e cortese. Sono stato altre volte a Venezia, ma secondo me Cannaregio è il sestiere più comodo e pieno di vita.

Wenn man das Zimmer nur zum Schlafen braucht und man keinen hohen Anspruch hat ist es okay.
Pros:

tolle Lage, 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt.
trotzdem ruhiges Zimmer, Blick in einen alten Innenhof; war zum Zeitpunkt unserer Reise eine Baustelle.
sauberes Bad und Handtücher.

Cons:

Das Zimmer (Möbel, Bettdecken, ) ist schon sehr alt/ abgelebt!
sehr harte Kopfpolster!
Einen Kopfpolster haben sie uns auf Anfrage ohne Probleme umgetauscht.
Preis/ Leistung naja, für das was man bekommt doch teuer, aber das ist halt Venedig...
