All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. The latest possible check-in is 23:00.
In case of early departure, the hotel will charge at least the first 2 nights. Please note cash payment is only accepted in Euro.

Great location close to the train station.
Very small, outdated space. There was mildew in the shower.

Extremely disappointing stay. The room was in poor condition, with a broken air conditioner that barely worked and a bed that was noticeably slanted, causing the mattress to continually slide off the frame and making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The shared bathroom also lacked basic amenities. The worst part, however, was the customer service. The front desk staff repeatedly questioned my girlfriend and me every time we entered or left the hotel, despite us both being paying guests. We were quiet and respectful throughout our stay but were made to feel as though we had done something wrong. My girlfriend was even prevented from having me accompany her to her room when she booked another night, despite me also staying at the hotel, and she had to argue with staff before they reluctantly allowed it. We genuinely felt targeted for no reason. Between us we had three bookings at this hotel, and based on our experience I would not recommend staying here.
We had two rooms for a family of five, the rooms were tidy and clean with fresh towels, and bath necessities. The receptionists checked us in as soon as we arrived at 12pm. They have a good service at a very affordable price and their location is closed to train station and the water rides.

Room location is very close to Santa Lucia station. Staff were helpful with respect to late checkin and very close to Grand Canal. Amazing experience of Venice within reach
