The staff are very friendly and helpful. I made a mistake booking the hotel dates and although I booked non-refundable and couldn’t change it, the hotel was okay with me no-showing on the first day and kept my room. The location is good to visit the popular spots in Venice. The bathroom was clean and it looks like they dust well. There were bars on the ceiling that were painted white that could have easily been very dusty if they didn’t dust it often.
The odor in the room was overwhelming. It took a second to get used to upon walking in but my husband didn’t notice anything at all so I didn’t think much of it. I figured it was just the old building. Then we left the hotel and everything in our luggages now stinks like the room, and now that we’re in a different location he can smell it too. So bad that I could pick up the scent while wearing the clothes. I’m not sure what the smell is but it is not pleasant, it didn’t smell outside the room in the halls and lobby.
Edit: I figured it out, it’s sewage. I’m not sure if the issue with the plumbing is with that particular room or the entire building, but considering that my pajamas smell the strongest it’s probably been an issue for a while and the scent has thoroughly soaked into the mattress.
Great to have air con and the breakfast was excellent. Very helpful staff.

The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Venice. The rooms and property are spotless and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel moderno, cómodo, con ascensor para el coche de mi hijo y mi madre de 80 años. Excelente aire acondicionado y nevera para mantener agua fresca por el calor.

En las tardes ponen una estación de café con amenidades.
Tal vez que fue un poco difícil llegar, el Google Maps te hace un mal juego pero con el mapa que ellos te envían llegas bien. Pareciera ser una calle cerrada cuando entras por que se ve un bar pero si sigues caminando llegas y luego es excelente para movilizarse.

There’s a bar next door so the noise continues into the night even after 12. The floor is somehow slanted a bit. Have to look for the location in the alley.
