Very pleasant stay at this hotel, clean and comfy rooms and good breakfast.
Pros:

Extremely clean and up to date property. Solid breakfast. Very nice staff. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

A bit hard to locate, truly a “hidden” gem. ☺️

Great Stay!
Pros:

Friendly staff, comfy bed, clean room and bathroom.
Happy to had Check in earlier than expected.
Great location
Also, the additional service for leaving our luggage for few hours before our flight.
Decent breakfast for the value of 10 euros, just overall very small hotel. I would recommend it more for friends and couples, not families.

Cons:

Bar down our room, so it was noisy and crowded under the hotel quite a lot during the day.
But at night, there was nothing. We didn't know it was in the most "touristy" area.
I would have rated 9 otherwise

Cons:

Bar (pub) très bruyant sous l'hôtel avec les clients qui boivent dans la rue.
L'hôtel a refusé d'émettre la facture de notre séjour lors du Check out, sous prétexte que ce n'est pas nous qui avons payé mais Booking !!!!!!!!

Great location, small but cosy
Pros:

Great location although hard to find initially. Helpful staff, rooms were great and good pressure in shower.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit carb heavy and I just wished for more variety but think that’s a Italy wide

Wonderful small hotel. Would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient- close to Rialto for larger transportation and able to get water taxi literally 50 feet from the hotel. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. I saw some complaints about noise from the nearby bar. We were there on a busy Friday night and it was no problem. We actually enjoyed having the activity nearby.

No negatives.
