Assim que entramos no hotel fomos muito bem recebidos, pudemos entrar no quarto antes do horário . O hotel é muito agradável, bonito, bem decorado e organizado. Atendimento maravilhoso e uma coisa que nos chamou muito a atenção, o aroma delicioso das instalações, principalmente nosso quarto, sempre muito cheiroso

Cons:

Tudo estava excelente, o que não apreciamos muito foi o colchão porque não acomodou bem , talvez seja mais antigo. Mas muito importante frisar o cuidado em cada detalhe do quarto, do hotel em geral

Amazing visit to Venice!
Pros:

Cleanliness! Super clean! Perfect size room when you are spending more time out and about beautiful Venice! Only problem was getting to its location. A bit complicated! My advice is to call the hotel ahead and arrange a transfer pickup to its location. The hotel will gladly do this for you! Only certain boats can bring you directly to the entrance to the hotel street. We arranged that to leave the hotel for 100 euros and it was well worth it when you are traveling with lots of luggage and 3 people. You only have to walk a few feet out of the hotel to
the boat!

Cons:

As mentioned above, finding the location was tricky. Order ahead a transfer!!!
