Great location, Unfriendly staff

The location was excellent

Cons:

Disappointing to say the least. Very rude and condescending staff. Due to there being no air con and our room being on the top floor, it was too hot to be comfortable. We were eventually told we would get a fan for the room that night and could move the next day, after a very tense conversation with the rude man on the desk and a rude woman on the phone (she tried to tell me it wasn’t sunny and the room wasn’t warm, despite it being sunny the last four days I was in Italy and the room being very warm). We were eventually moved to a new room, which whilst was cooler, it had hairs all over the shower

Perfect! I highly recommend it
Pros:

The cleanliness and staff were exceptional. Staff was really helpful and location was a walking distance from the major landmarks

Cons:

There was a power cut, but i guess it’s not really their fault

Perfekt für 2 Tage
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, aber auch einfach eingerichtet, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlen konnte. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück – es war zwar nicht außergewöhnlich, aber absolut ausreichend und zudem preislich sehr fair. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, den ich gerne weiterempfehlen kann.

Cons:

Leider war das Hotel recht hellhörig, sodass Geräusche aus anderen Zimmern deutlich zu hören waren. Auch von draußen kam teilweise Lärm herein, was den Schlaf etwas beeinträchtigt hat.
