Pros:

Personnel très sympathique, emplacement quasiment imbattable juste à côté des lieux touristiques et facilement accessible. Très bon rapport qualité prix, avec une chambre simple mais bien équipée et un petit balcon, propre.

Cons:

Manque d’insonorisation, on entendait tout depuis notre chambre située au premier étage notamment la sonnerie de la porte d’entrée et les machines de linge qui tournaient. Literie moyenne.

La struttura è molto bella e accogliente, con una posizione eccezionale, stanze grandi e pulizia ottima, dotata di ascensore, non scontato a Venezia, colazione varia e abbondante, rapporto qualità prezzo più che ottimo, ma il valore aggiunto di questo hotel è la gestione familiare, di grande professionalità e con un'accoglienza e disponibilità che raramente ho trovato in giro, cordiali e molto simpatici, è un piacere vedere gente che lavora così con passione.
Consigliatissimo spero di poterci tornare presto

Las habitaciones en si son muy acogedoras, me ha gustado mucho y a mi familia van muy con el ambiente de venecia muy limpio el personal quien nos ha atendido ha sido super amable, me ha encantado la ubicación al lado de todo muy acogedor 10/10

知る人ぞ知る？小さく可愛いヴェネツィアの宿
Pros:

ヴェネツィアには何度も行きましたが、今までこのホテルのことを知りませんでした。
家族経営の、小さいけれどクラシックな趣のある宿です。ロケーションも抜群で、
もう一度いつか利用したいと思いました。
従業員の方々はとてもフレンドリーだし、ヴェネツィアという土地柄、この規模で
エレベーターが有るというのはとても貴重です。

Cons:

願わくば、お部屋に冷蔵庫が有れば良かった！
暑い季節には冷たい飲み物が必要です。

Personal amable y ubicación privilegiada.
Pros:

Todo nos gustó de este hotel, ubicación privilegiada. Pero debo de felicitar al personal que fue extremadamente amable, en especial a Gabriel quien nos dio muchos consejos útiles y fue en extremo amable y gentil. El hotel tiene encanto al ser antigüo, las instalaciones están muy limpias y el desayuno es bueno. Definitivas nos alojaríamos nuevamente.
