Viajamos en familia y la estancia fue maravillosa.Estabamos todos en la misma planta y muy cerca del ascensor.La ubicación perfecta,las habitaciones muy cómodas y atendieron todas las peticiones que les pedimos.Si volvemos a Venecia, éste será nuestro hotel.Familiar y acogedor.El personal nos explicó un montón de sitios donde comer,como llegar a los sitios, horarios...muy atentos y muy amables.Gracias por hacer de nuestra estancia en el hotel una experiencia maravillosa!!!!

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit minimalen Abstrichen.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr nettes Personal, sehr sauber, preiswertes und gutes Frühstück für venezianische Verhältnisse. Allgemein angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Leider sehr starker Abwassergeruch im Badezimmer, was natürlich auch im gesamten Zimmer zu riechen ist, vermutlich ist das auf der Insel generell ein Problem aber das war teilweise unangenehm. Die Bettwäsche hat sehr provisorisch gewirkt, kein ordentlicher Deckenbezug sondern nur ein Laken.

Lovely hotel, great location, really friendly staff, nice big room with air con and shutters

There was some noise from next door and outside but nothing unusual and sorted with ear plugs

Hotel Fontana - gem of a find in a great location.
Pros:

Staff were amazing, helpful, approachable, always on hand to help. Location was superb. I think the hotel was a great mix of charm amd quirkiness and I really liked it (solo traveller, single room).

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the odour from the bathroom which I believe is a common problem in venice.
