La spa era pessima, noi avevamo scelto l hotel principalmente perché aveva la spa. Appena arrivati ci siamo recapiti alla spa e tenuto conto che era piccola, l abbiamo trovata piena di gente compresi bambini urlanti nudi nella vasca idromassaggio. Allora abbiamo deciso di provare la doccia aromatica...era rotta....allora siamo entrati ne vitarium, una sorta di sauna con luci colori e aromi...era rotta. Non abbiamo più messo piede alla spa e ci siamo fatti rimborsare l ingresso. Quello che non abbiamo trovato corretto è stato non avvisare in anticipo che la spa non era totalmente agibile in fase di prenotazione

Non riconfermeremmo la scelta della prenotazione.
Pros:

Camere, hall e sala colazioni spaziose.
Staff accogliente.

Cons:

Per i room service, chiamare la reception. (Nessun menu in stanza)

Per la spa, chiamare la reception (ma per informazioni e prenotazioni massaggi, andare fisicamente al centro wellness)

Per l’aperitivo in terrazza, chiamare la reception (aperitivo in terrazza non presente nei mesi invernali, giusto, ma non è scritto e lo abbiamo capito salendo in terrazza)

Centro Wellness datato, nessuna presenza fisica all’interno del centro (persona che praticava nudismo dove vietato, nessuno si è accorto), bastava mantenere una presenza all’entrata, tra l’altro la struttura “reception” è presente, ma abbandonata.

Colazione tutt’altro che ricca, uova strapazzate non buone, poca scelta di salato e dolce, orario fino alle 10.

Per un albergo preso in considerazione per il Centro Spa, è sicuramente una cosa pessima il fatto che, se torneremo in zona per una Spa, non ritorneremo qua.

330 euro per due notti, con Spa e colazione inclusa.

Comoda posizione fuori dal centro, struttura da sistemare
Pros:

La posizione è Abbastanza buona per noi che viaggiamo in macchina, essendo la struttura leggermente fuori dal centro. Molto cordiale lo staff, bella atmosfera appena si entra nella hall dell'hotel, sempre curata con candele accese e luci soffuse... Uno spazio piacevole. Gradita la presenza in camera del bollitore con thè e caffè.

Cons:

La struttura è vecchia, la nostra stanza non era all'altezza del prezzo e del nome Best Western.... Le pareti erano sporche, macchiate, graffiate... La doccia perdeva acqua dal piatto... Set di cortesia minimal... Colazione non compresa... Insomma per il prezzo pagato c'è decisamente di meglio in zona...
