das personal im restaurant war sehr zuvorkommend

Cons:

kein schwimmbad für kinder ab 17:00 und checkin vor 17 uhr nicht möglich. wir haben das hotel genau nur wegen dem schwimmbad für die kinder nach der langen autofahrt gewählt.

hotel ottimo, spa perfetta, camere pulite e personale reception accogliente.

Cons:

Il ristorante migliorabile nel servizio. Tempi troppo lunghi e camerieri non sempre disponibili. (non tutti, anzi un plauso a un ragazzo molto giovane che credo sia all'inizio dell'attività che si è impegnato a soddisfare le mancanze degli altri due. Il responsabile (bravo) da solo fa fatica a gestirli, ma prova a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti.

Ho molto apprezzato la colazione e la cena, davvero molto buone e la cortesia del personale in sala.

Cons:

Purtroppo non funzionava l' impianto dell' aria condizionata e con il caldo che faceva era impossibile stare in camera. Su tre stanze che ho prenotato, tutte avevano il medesimo problema. Abbiamo dovuto spalancare la porta finestra per riuscire a fare entrare aria in camera ma ha iniziato effettivamente a raffreddarsi intorno alle due/tre di notte. Sinceramente da un hotel a 4 stelle non mi sarei mai aspettata di trovarmi una situazione simile

Tolles Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten
Pros:

Ein tolles Hotel direkt an der Umgehungsstraße (trotzdem alles ruhig und sehr gut schallisolierte Zimmer), modern, perfekt klimatisiert, sehr leckeres Frühstück, Restaurant und Pizzeria und mit den besten Angestellten - es war alles wunderbar!
