L'accoglienza è stata buona. Tutti molto gentili, professionali e un bell'ambiente anche nella stanxa adibita alla colazione.

Cons:

Purtroppo non sono stati molto chiari su quali stanze sono comprese di SPA e piscina e quali invece sono un extra.
I muri della stanza purtroppo erano sporchi e l'aria condizionata non funzionava (c'erano 23.5 gradi in camera).
La tessera inoltre si smagnetizzava ogni volta che la mettevamo nel portafoglio, è stato abbastanza fastidioso.
