المنظر رائع
Pros:

المنظر رائع يخليك تبي تقعد يوم بس تسترخي قدام المنظر. اخذنا غرفة مع بلكونة وفي المبنى اللي مواجه البحيرة على طول وفي الجزء المتجدد من المبنى. الغرفة كانت نظيفة بس بسيطة. الفندق بشكل عام بسيط بس عنده منظر خرافي ومدخل لشاطئ البحيرة للسباحة. المخبوزات في الفطور كانت لذيذة بس الفطور بسيط فيه الاساسيات. في مواقف مجانية. وفي مكيف بس لازم يكون الشباك مسكر كويس عشان يشتغل كلموهم اذا ما اشتغل.

ايضا في شطاف.

Cons:

اللي ناوي يزور القرى المشهورة فالفندق بعيد عنها، حول ساعتين لكومو وبيلاجيو مثلا. بس للامانة يمدي تقعد في الفندق وتزور المطاعم اللي حوله وتستمتع بنفس التجربة وحتى يمكن احلى.

بالنسبة للمواقف فهي على منحدر فاللي عنده مشاكل صحية يمكن يتعب شوي خصيصا مع نقل شنط السفر، بس يمدي تقرب السيارة لمدخل الفندق لنقل الشنط او للأشخاص يسهل شوي.

الفندق محاط بالطبيعة فعادي تشوف زي الوزغ/السحلية وحشرات برة في منطقة الفطور. داخل الغرفة ما شفنا شي الا عنكبوت صغير بس. في ناس يمكن عندها خوف رهابي.

ايضا الفندق يسمح باصطحاب الكلاب فعادي ايضا تشوف الناس معها كلابها.

Perfekt für eine Auszeit am Comer See!
Pros:

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei Anreise wurde unser Koffer auf das Zimmer getragen und schon beim zweitem Frühstück hat man sich unsere Getränkewünsche gemerkt.
Der weite Ausblick über den See vom Balkon, Restaurant und Pool aus ist wirklich außergewöhnlich.
Die gesamte Hotel Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool wurde jeden morgen gereinigt und wurde kurz nachdem es mal leicht gestürmt hatte sofort wieder von Laubblättern befreit. Die Liegen im Außenbereich wurden jeden Abend wieder ordentlich zurückgestellt.
Zwei Minuten Fußweg vom Hotel ist eine Bushaltestelle von der aus die Westküste des Sees befahren wird.
Die Anlegestelle für die Fähren ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr weit nördlich am See und etwas abgelegen von den Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten um die Mitte des Sees herum. Dadurch ist man sehr auf die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angewiesen die leider nicht so frequentiert fahren wie weiter südlich. Speziell bei den Fähren muss man aufpassen, dass man hier keine verpasst und seine Tage um die Abfahrtzeiten herum planen.

Natürlich die Lage direkt am See.
Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant war von der Qualität her Top.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist baulich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein. Der Speisesaal hat überhaupt kein Flair. Und das Frühstück war zwar von den Angeboten her sehr gut, aber wirklich lieblos präsentiert.

Cons:

Rooms massively need updating. Bar closes before designated time. Staff asking four residents of hotel to leave a table as was booked in 15 mins and 1 hour later all tables in area still not being used.

Местоположение отеля просто великолепное )
Все были супер , обслуживание в ресторане было на высшем уровне, также хотелось бы отметить официанта который нас обслуживал, у сожалению не знаю его имени , но он узнав что у меня день рождения устроил настоящее шоу с десертом , это было очень приятно )
С удовольствием вернусь туда снова
