Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel très agréable
Pros:

La chambre est très propre, le personnel très sympathique et le petit déjeuner copieux. Le métro est à 500m de l'hôtel et nous amène directement en centre ville en 10 minutes. Un petit parking est à disposition en supplément, il faut simplement réserver à l'avance.
Bon rapport qualité/prix, je recommande.

Really good hotel for this money near the central station
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay! The staff was friendly. The hotel is located near the central station, you can find a metro station, supermarket, shops around.
It’s an advantage that you can leave your luggage in the hotel and it’s free of charge.

Pros:

The staff were very cordial, helpful and professional.
I particularly wish to mention Ms. Silvana who was particularly nice.

The room was very beautiful, and comfortable. The location of the hotel was very convenient.

Cons:

The room air conditioning was weak, but then it was extremely hot outside. What would help effecient cooling is to have the blower placed near the bed instead of having it in top of the door.

The hotel is pretty good, however, no big issues other than price and towels. Would not come again, but cannot say anyth
Pros:

Location, A/C, comfortable bed, nice staff.

Cons:

Pricy, bad price/performance ratio for a solo traveler, Milan is just overpriced by default. Could not find anything better quickly though, had to take something with A/C for 2 nights. For this price I would get a 4-5 star hotel with breakfast and wellness almost anywhere else in Europe. Here I got a 3-star room with a shower and A/C and no breakfast included.
Also the towels were sticky. Felt like i dried myself with something sticky, like a sweet glue… Probably a bad detergent/solution used for washing - left some sticky layer on top of the towels.

Kellemes - korrekt szállás - figyelmes, kedves személyzettel.
Pros:

Kellemes szálláshely, a személyzet tényleg figyelmes és kedves! Akit kiemelnék az Ramona - a recepcióról (remélem jól tudom a nevét :) - végtelenül bájos, segítőkész és figyelmes.
A szállás rendbe van, apróságokat leszámítva teljesen korrekt hely (az ágy kemény - de mi nagyon szerettük, és a párna.. közel a legjobb az eddigi szállodai tapasztalataink alapján).
Légkondi rendbe.
5éjszakás ottlétünk alatt cserélték az ágynemüt is! a törülközőket is - amiből több is volt mint amennyi kellett nekünk.
Fürdőszoba nem tökéletes - de tiszta * kicsit szűkös, de van benne minden, a zuhanyzóba meg kell szokni az "esőztetős" zuhanyfejet és kicsit lassan folyik le a víz illetve a WC - amikor lehúzód folyamatosan kell nyomni a gombot, de semmi extra kivetnivaló benne.
A megközelítés jó, metró - busz minden közel - Nekünk a Milano Centrale - vonatállomás is sétatávolság 15-20perc.
A közvetlen környezet: a szembelévő park - na az tényleg nem egy álom... éjszaka lehet nem mászkálnék benne, de semmi rossz tapasztalatunk nem volt ott sem.
Az ablakok egész jól hangszigetelnek, részünkről rendbe volt. Amúgy szerencsénk is lehetett mert az 5éjszakánk alatt egyetlen volt csak amikor valamelyik szomszédos szobából más vendégek határozottan áthallatszottak. Az érkező-távozó vendégeket is lehet hallani, de ottlétünk alatt nem volt "extra nagy forgalom" - este (meg éjszaka). Napköben meg mi nem voltunk "otthon" - majdnem csak aludni jártunk haza, szóval arról nincs tapasztalatunk.
Más milánoi szálláshoz nem tudom hasonlítani, mert először jártunk itt, ezelegyütt Nekünk tetszett. Azt kaptuk amire számítottunk. Teljesen jó "kiinduló bázis" volt Milánó környékén lévő tavak felfedezésére, könnyen elérhető volt számunkra a Garda, Maggiore, Como és Lugano tó is innen.
Szívesen ajánlom másoknak is és szívesen jönnék újra.
