Ok for one night. Definitely not 3 stars.
Pros:

The room was clean. The staff super friendly and helpful. The mattress was not bad. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

It’s outdated. The shower door was broken. Pretty noisy.

Tutto il personale davvero gentilissimo, sorridente e sempre presente, ci hanno dato consigli e aiuti, stanze belle e pulite (avevamo una doppia e una tripla che aveva una porta che porta al grazioso giardinetto), posizione comoda sia a parcheggio che metro, colazione molto buona... super consigliato, torneremo!
La gentilezza, disponibilità e accoglienza del personale sono stati sicuramente le cose che fanno la differenza! Grazie di cuore!

Découverte de notre voiture vandalisée le matin du départ (1 seule nuit) alors que l’on avait demandé si c’était sécurisé de la laisser devant l’hôtel
Pas d’aide de la personne présente à ce moment là, qui n’a pas voulu appelé la police pour nous aider (ne voulant pas que la police arrive devant son hôtel)

An average hotel in a nice area in Milan that offers good value for money. The 3-person room featured decent air conditioning, the 2-person room was clean, and convenient private parking is available nearby for 20 euros per night. The garden was also nice.

Cons:

Breakfast was quite limited, and popular items like bacon were rarely refilled. Additionally, the 3-person room lacked proper cleanliness, and the air conditioning in the 2-person room was practically non-existent. While the hotel appears to be slowly renovating, we unfortunately ended up in one of the older, unrenovated rooms.

Le personnel est très aimable.
Le situation géographique est bonne car le centre ville est facile d’accès grâce au métro qui est tout à côté de l’hôtel.
Il n’y a pas de nuisance sonore. Les lits doubles sont confortables

Clim inefficace car vestuste. Parties communes nécessitant une rénovation car vestustes.
Lits simples non confortables.
Jardin mal entretenu, laissé à l’abandon.
