Relaxed stay in Sorrento
Pros:

Staff all very welcoming and friendly, pool and its location great with amazing views of the bay of Naples and Vesuvius , free shuttle into town.

Cons:

Only comment would be the lack of a fan in bathroom in our room but there was a small window instead, everything else was great.

Decent stay, attentive staff - not a convenient location.
Pros:

The views were exceptional.

Cons:

The rooms were dated, the bathroom was old and the shuttle to town only ran once an hour. It only dropped you off in the centre of town. It should have services to the marina as well.

Genoten in dit mooi verzorgd hotel!
Pros:

Super vriendelijk personeel.Goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Je wordt gedwongen om te betalen voor je parking daar er gewoon geen plaats is. Daar tegenover staat wel een gratis shuttlebus.

Excellent experience on our first Sorrento trip
Pros:

It was lovely experience at Cristina hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurants recommended were top rated by our family. We also enjoyed so much the scenic view at the fifth floor restaurant and the roof top swimming pool, both providing the best sea view of the town. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with lots of western food options. Even though we need to take hotel’s shuttle bus to the train station and the main walking street, it was super easy and convenient. We went to Capri island in one early morning and the staff prepared a few breakfast boxes for us, which was the most heart warming. Overall, it’s the best hotel choice for us on our first ever Italy trip. Will definitely come back again if we get the chance.

Pros:

Ottima accoglienza, staff gentile e professionale sia durante l'accoglienza sia al ristorante.. Inoltre sia dal terrazzo che dalla camera si può godere di una vista mozzafiato del golfo di Napoli.

Gem of a place
Pros:

The location, size of room with great views, very comfortable and thoughtfully provided re-usable bottles of water and a fountain to fill up anytime . So responsive on WhatsApp and arranged excursions and transfer drivers for us. Everyone we met were friendly and helpful. Would love to return
