Gem of a place
Pros:

The location, size of room with great views, very comfortable and thoughtfully provided re-usable bottles of water and a fountain to fill up anytime . So responsive on WhatsApp and arranged excursions and transfer drivers for us. Everyone we met were friendly and helpful. Would love to return

Great location and value for money.
Pros:

Room size was perfect with a huge balcony. The pool was great and it was nice to have a rooftop bar as well. The front desk team were extremely helpful in organising some trips for us. The courtesy bus was super helpful in getting to and from the centre of Sorrento. We are both fairly fit and the walk was not an issue either way, but it was particularly hot during our stay so if we didn’t want to arrive for dinner like a hot mess, the bus was a great option.

Cons:

The service could be a little hit and miss, sometimes the team would completely forget our orders.

Hotel jest na wzgórzu z przepięknym widokiem na Wezuwiusz i morze. Obsługa pomocna i bardzo miła . Śniadanie przepyszne, Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, dużym atutem jest basen I restauracja na terenie hotelu .Cały dzień kursuje bezpłatny bus do centrum. Sorrento. Pros:

We’ve just spent an amazing week at Hotel Cristina, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. The reception team greeted us with genuine warmth, and our room was even ready early, which was a lovely surprise after travelling.

The room itself wasn't the biggest, but that really didn't matter. It was spotless, modern, had everything we needed, and the air conditioning was brilliantly cold, something we were incredibly grateful for during the heatwave.

The hotel is beautiful. It's stylish without feeling pretentious, and the terraces overlooking the Bay of Naples are stunning. Being just outside Sorrento turned out to be the perfect location. You get to enjoy the peace and those incredible views, but you're still only a short walk from the centre whenever you want to soak up the atmosphere.

The people at Hotel Cristina are what really make it special. We genuinely don't think the word "no" exists in their vocabulary. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every member of staff always had a smile on their face.

A special thank you has to go to Antonella, Alfonso and Francesco. They all went out of their way to make our holiday even better. Their kindness, friendliness, great sense of humour and genuine care for their guests really stood out. They're an absolute credit to the hotel.

We normally only book bed and breakfast because we love trying local restaurants, but after eating at the hotel we realised we'd been missing out. Breakfast was excellent, and the lunches and dinners were just as good. Every meal we had was delicious.

Our room was cleaned every day to a really high standard, and everywhere in the hotel was kept immaculate.

It's hard to put into words just how much we enjoyed staying here. Hotel Cristina gets so many things right, but it's the people who make it somewhere you'll want to come back to.

We certainly will. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday one we'll remember for a long time.

Pros:

This was such a great experience! The hotel is spotless with spectacular views of the bay. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and I when I say staff, I mean the entire staff. The pool area was also amazing. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Great place to stay. I would definitely stay again. Just need better pillows and beach towel system.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Shoutout to Antonella, who was always so very kind. The breakfast spread was large and delicious. The van to and from town is great. It saves you a ton of time and money. I loved the space underneath the bed. Oh! And I loooove the updated plugs, so we could charge all our electronics without needing adapters!

Cons:

The bed was hard and the pillows were either too fluffy or too hard that you couldn’t fluffy it. I also didn’t like the fact that in order to get clean beach towels we had to pay £3 for each towel during the whole stay. So if you need a clean towel everyday, you have to pay for it everyday.

Pros:

An absolutely wonderful hotel in every way possible. The location gives beautiful panoramic views over the bay and across to mount Vesuvius, Pompei. It’s a view that will forever be imprinted in our memories. The hotel is sited at a high elevation and has several balconies offering various aspects to watch sunsets and sunrises. The staff are just lovely. Without exception, reception, waiting staff, cleaners, drivers, Nothing is too much trouble. Any and all requests are dealt with promptly and with a smile. It is very clean, with daily housekeeping to your room. The food is first class. A limited menu but top quality and in large portions. The shuttle into and back from sorrento town is very reliable, free and very welcome at the end of a long day being a tourist. A good quiet location. We had a standard room but it was great. Super king bed, mini-bar, kettle, TV, balcony and the best air conditioner ever! Remote controlled with silent mode that could run all night! The pool is quite small but clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this hotel and its wonderful staff to all.
