A lovely hotel and stay
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was a good size and we loved the views of the sea from the balcony. Great buffet breakfast - plenty to choose from and well presented. The pool area was very well looked after, clean and tidy with comfortable loungers surrounding the pool. The pool itself was very well maintained (albeit a bit cold!) and it was lovely to have a dip after a day in Sorrento. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The regular minibus service into the town centre was a real bonus.

Can't think of anything.

Pros:

Staff were helpful and friendly, it was clean and had amazing views. Weather turned when we got there so we couldn’t use the pool which looked amazing. The shuttle bus was great and much needed as the walk to the city centre would be a long one.

Fabulous hotel with exceptional staff !
Pros:

Staff were fabulous and went above and beyond! Communication from The Hotel Christina was clear and prompt from the beginning!
Hotel was in a good location about 20/30 minute walk into Sorrento but on a short but very steep hill so the free shuttle bus was a great bonus. It runs from 8am till late.
The Room was welcoming and clean, the view from our balcony was spectacular!
The hotel was clean and pool area great.
We will be returning !

Cons:

Small safe, we couldn’t fit little ones iPad in it. This is a small issue and did not affect my opinion on the hotel

Really friendly staff throughout. Excellent cakes at breakfast. Good restaurant at very reasonable prices. Fantastic views across the Bay of Naples. Courtesy Shuttle Bus to and from the station/town is great and frequent.

Cons:

Nothing. But get a cab from the ferry port if you arrive by ferry. Don't attempt dragging your case up to the station!

Our stay was magical!
Pros:

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. We were a multigenerational family and this was the ideal hotel for all of us. The views were amazing, the food at the restaurant was outstanding, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our grandchildren ages 12, 16 and 17 loved the hotel and enjoyed the pool tremendously. We used the shuttle to get into town and it was always available even though we came in July. The air conditioning was excellent.

Cons:

Everything was wonderful about the hotel!
