נוף מרהיב!! שאטלים לעיר בתדירות גבוהה זה היה ממש נוח. חדרים נקיים ושירות מעולה של עובדי המלון!! ארוחת בוקר ממש טעימה גם מאוד נהננו. ויש בריכה ממש כיפית ובחום של נאפולי באוגוסט זה היה הדבר הכי טוב שעשינו כשסגרנו את המלון הזה

Séjour italien inoubliable dans cet hôtel magnifique

Nous avons passé 6 jours dans l’hôtel Cristina et nous avons adoré cet hôtel . L’hôtel est très bien situé , calme et la vue sur le Vésuve est magnifique. Le personnel est très professionnel et très aimable . Le personnel parle français et anglais ce qui est très appréciable . L’hôtel est très propre et la chambre était nettoyée tous les jours .
Nous nous sommes régalés au petit déjeuner ainsi que le soir . Le service est impeccable et professionnel .
Bref nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans cet hôtel .

Beautiful views and refreshing pool. The transfers in and back to town were essential to make the location work.

Lovely staff and nice hotel, slightly out of town so need to be organised and get booked on their shuttle!
Pros:

Super helpful and friendly staff. Hotel pool was a welcome relief in the heat. Room had everything you needed. Breakfast was good with a good selection for a European breakfast.

Cons:

The location was a little out of the way and they offered an hourly shuttle to the town centre (which you needed to book on as it got filled) it just meant you were limited to when you could go and return. Sorrento was nice enough but 3 days there was plenty.

Beh direi praticamente quasi tutto. Le camere moderne, i bagni belli, il personale super gentile, a partire dal personale di pulizia fino alle persone al bar/ristorante, davvero tutti molto gentili e premurosi. La piscina molto carina, comoda e con una bellissima vista.

Cons:

Nelle ultime ore della giornata, quando siamo tornati in camera dopo la serata fuori, abbiamo trovato un cattivo odore di fognatura, non so da dove arrivasse, se dalle bocchette o da qualche sifone montato male, ma ho dovuto far arieggiare la stanza e segnalare l'accaduto al personale. Sinceramente però credo che possa capitare un piccolo problema tecnico, tutto il resto è stato perfetto, quindi ci tornerei comunque.

Lovely hotel with great views
Pros:

Lovely breakfast and staff were lovely - shuttle is a life saver - great views

Cons:

Beds were hard, smell of sewage in room, distance from town made it a long walk but the shuttle was very good. Aperol spritz was very expensive in hotel 14 euros - bit steep when in town they were 10-12 euros

Definitely be staying at this hotel when I return to Sorrento!!
Pros:

This property exceeded my expectations.
Absolutely loved this place and cannot recommend it enough. That view from the hotel was amazing. The shuttle bus was so reliable to take you to and from Sorrento train station. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Everything was a 10/10 !!

Best performing of everything quite
Pros:

The pool was amazing and the view was incredible, the shuttle bus was brilliant and easy. The breakfast was fresh and quality

Did smelly ever so slightly but I'm sure that's down to the hotel being part of the mountain
