Hotel Mirage

A megjelölt hotellel szemben, egy másik épületben voltunk. A recepciós mogorva, kevésbé segítőkész. A szobába jutás központi beléptetéssel történt, de nem igazán volt érthető a recepciós. A reggeli nagyon gyenge volt: 1 croason, 1 capucino, 1 főtt tojás és 1 kétszersült. Minden reggel nagyon unalmas volt.

El cobro adicional de 130 euros, que no me fueron facturados.

Qué me cambien la ubicación del lugar de alojamiento a un edificio viejo y sucio, el área asignada tenia colchones sucios en el piso y no había personal físicamente presente, solo nos quedamos 2 noches y nos fuimos a otro hotel, mucho más barato y con una calidad de atención e infraestructura superior, no volveré a usar Brooking para reservar alojamientos.

Estafa de Booking y del Hotel Mirage.

Me cobraron 130 euros adicionales por mis 7 familiares, por lo cual no recibí ningún comprobante de pago; me pidieron que me ubique en otro edificio que estaba a 200 metros del hotel, en este lugar no tenia comedor ni agua caliente para bebidas ni alguien que este atento a nuestras necesidades, solo un timbre por el cual remotamente nos abrían la puerta; me da vergüenza recomendar a Booking por que para mí opinión personal, este hotel de mala calidad nunca debió ser aceptado en la llista de Booking. Donde esta el filtro para ser parte de esta lista que promociona Booking.

Me siento estafado, tanto asi que el tercer día en Roma me fui a un hotel que estaba a 50 metros; este, tenia mejores precios y que tenia instalaciones excelentes.

Particularmente me retiro de Booking por que no verifica o filtra a pésimos hoteles como Mirage.

But set back. We arrived late and were in a room that wasn’t in the main building so had to wander to the next street looking for room which was a bit confusing

Il fatto che nonostante avessi pagato 2 mesi prima l' hotel non aveva posto e ci ha proposto una location alternativa, salvo poi al mattino tornare al Mirage per la colazione...

El televisor estaba desconectado.

La atención, limpieza ( muy mal olor) desayuno muy básico

Il soffione della doccia. é fisso sul muro, la tv era scollegata e troppo alta per arrivarci senza una scala e le coperte da caserma avrei preferito non vederle nella armadio

Everything poor quality. Fake pictures of the hotel. Staff were so unwelcoming and rude. The hotel lobby is nothing like the picture it’s grubby and just a storage place here the staff are definately doing something dodgy by charging visitors 5 euro per suitcase or bag to leave in the lobby until they need to go to the airport. We had no fridge in our room. We had paid for a triple room and asked for a double bed which had been granted on request but was given a tiny room with two single beds shoved together. We were told we had to take our key to reception each time we left the property which was a long way to walk each morning and also told breakfast would be at the hotel between 8-9.30. Our first day we got to the hotel at 09.10 asked room no and told to sit down and she would come and sort out drinks etc. she came with two stale different croissants no choice or do you have allergies the coffee was not good so my partner got up and walked out and infront of others she was asking me why he had not eaten his breakfast!!!. We demanded to stay at the hotel we had booked and one of the staff said come back at 10.00am.. she didn’t show and we got a horrible man who stated we had stayed in the room 400 yards away we would stay there for the rest of the holiday I stated I am not staying in a room that is not in the hotel we have booked that has a broken toilet seat and has not been cleaned I have taken pictures of urine all around the toilet rim. He stated it was an offence to raise my voice. We had paid all in all nearly £500 for 3 nights in a hotel that last year was 8.5 to now full of bad reviews and down to a 6.5. Definately not even a 3 star maybe 1-2 if that!! If this was the only hotel in Rome I would rather sleep the streets. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Robbers, fraudsters and rip off the tourists!!
