La amabilidad del personal de desayuno y (algunos) de recepción, del resto mejor ni opino.
Es un hotel antiguo y muy sencillo, barato para los precios de Roma y enfrente de la estación central. El desayuno es bastante completo, dentro de la calidad general que ofrece el hotel

Cons:

Nos querian cobrar por dejar las maletas unas horas el dia del checkin (3h antes de la entrada) y, por supuesto, el dia que nos fuimos a partir de las 10h... teniendo en cuenta que éramos 2 y estuvimos 3 noches, siendo un hotel, no me parece ni medio normal (tienen negocio de almacenamiento de maletas -las dejan esparcidas por toda la recepción todo el día y cobran 6€ "precio cliente" por maleta... vergonzoso).
Algunos de los trabajadores de recepción son maleducados y malencarados.
Hay mucho ruido, incluso de noche, especialmente el fin de semana, por los bares y ambiente de la zona (y eso que estabamos en el 4o piso).
Dejan cosas de aseo escasas dia a dia (un rolllo de papel higiénico para 2 y dos mini sobres de gel/champú), no hay nada más que eso, pastilla de jabón de manos y un secador que si lo pones al máx, a los 2 min funde.

However, I cannot ignore the breakfast, which was a major disappointment. What was offered did not really resemble a proper hotel breakfast: sandwiches made with white bread and a thin slice of ham, overly sweet pastries, very poor-quality coffee, and sugary drinks instead of proper juice. It was one of the weakest breakfasts I have ever had in a hotel. On the second day, I chose not to have breakfast there at all.

I recommend picking up this hotel only if you need a night next to Roma Termini, for the price. Honestly, I had the worst care of my life granted by the boy in glasses who stays during the day. I saw that there are several other complaints from him here, so I don't know how he continues to work there. Completely rude, harsh and patient, the opposite of the customer service profile.
Two negative hotel differentials: you need to pay the local city tax in cash, do not accept cards (I was in more than 4 hotels in the city and all accepted cards). I had to use their ATM. In addition, you need to leave the room keys when you leave. I clearly discovered these two points with the poor care of the boy in glasses, so it was by far the most stressful moment of my trip. The other receptionists were more educated.

Il servizio veramente per niente accogliente, alla fine ho dovuto rinunciare nonostante abbia pagato!! Arrangiandomi in un altra struttura, non mi sono stati restituiti i soldi, disonesti per l'occasione ghiotta, è finito il dogma: il cliente ha sempre ragione, adesso c'è che il cliente và torlupinato, raggirato , fregato. 95 euro fottuti senza fatica!!
