Pros:

L emplacement juste à côté de la gare , très pratique pour tous les déplacements trains / métro
Qq restaurants bons et peu chers aux Alentours

Cons:

Très mauvaise lumière dans la chambre et la salle de bain pour se maquiller , lit inconfortable et climatisation bruyante

Esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de la Estación de termini donde tienes transporte para cualquier ciudad.

Concretamente la atención de dos trabajadores de los trabajadores, sus formas y modo de tratar fue horrible, la señora de rasgos asiáticos del comedor me cerró la puerta en la cara por que se había pasado la hora del desayuno y yo sólo le estaba preguntando por mi acompañante!!! Luego un señor del turno noche ,la máquina del agua se trago la moneda y le pedí ayuda y me trató de mala manera diciéndome que llamará yo al número que reflejaba en la máquina pero muy enfadado, y no me ofreció ayuda ni pizca de amabilidad, por lo demás todo muy bien ,la chica de la limpieza muy amable y los chicos de los demás días también ,el hotel muy bien ubicado y limpio.

The hotel's main advantage is its location.
Pros:

One of reception workers was very polite and supportive - unfortunately I don't know his name. Mirage Hotel are in very good location, just in front of Termini. Air condition.

Cons:

At first, I was given a room that wasn't even in the hotel's main building and didn't match what I had paid for in terms of size and bed type. After I pointed this out, I received a suitable room. The hairdryer worked for 20 seconds. The view from the window is only of a small utility courtyard with air conditioning units

Old school feel of the room. Very clean and close to the station which was perfect.

Cons:

The staff. The advertised room was a quadruple. That’s 4 isn’t it? Although I booked for 4 through Booking.com it kept showing three when checking out. The person on WhatsApp said an extra bed if required would cost 40 euro. The guy at the counter had no idea who I spoke to (regularly) through WhatsApp and charged me 120 euro for the extra bed(cash only), even after telling him we wouldn’t need the 2nd night as plans had changed. Very poor all round!

Only good point: location
Pros:

The location very good!!! Amazing, you have everything u need near there. Air conditioner and elevator works very good! Cleaning staff is so kind and nice. Beds are okay, not bad.

Cons:

The reception control about the guests is so much on my opinion... They control strictly who come in or not (visitors aren't allowed) and u have to let your key always in reception when you go away and pick up when you back to the hotel... Sometimes feels like you arent adult enough to take care of your own key (weird) even if their receptionist are sleeping mostly all time in reception that rules pretends to make us feel "safe"... System so old. Breakfast is okay, if you like to eat sweet in the morning is good, if not, not. Nothing salty at the moment (that was actually terrible and horrible to not think in guests who eat salty in the morning like eggs, bacon, tomatoes, etc).

Suited us for a one night before training to Airport.
Pros:

Easy access to Termini Station, outside streets are ok but can have litter. Room is secure ground floor excellent if you have luggage. Quiet and clean. Overall good choice for short stay.
Breakfast coffee n croissant cafe around corner is fine.
