We received more than we expected! 10/10
Pros:

The hotel is located just a 5-minute walk from the vaporetto stop, from where you can easily reach any part of Venice. In the other direction, it’s about a 15-minute walk across the island to the beach.

The customer care and friendliness of the staff are truly outstanding. The hotel and the surrounding area are very pleasant, and you can clearly see that the owner takes great care of the property and continuously improves it.

We were pleasantly surprised by the daily room cleaning with fresh towels every day. It made our stay very comfortable.

We stayed in March, and on International Women’s Day the administrator Tatiana prepared a small cake to surprise the guests. A special THANKS to her for the care and attention.
By the way, the breakfast is very good!

Marco helped us with the logistics on the day of departure and with many other requests.
All the other staff members were also attentive and positive.

We definitely recommend this place!
