Great location near the cable car
Pros:

We had a wonderful room with a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. The hotel was nice and clean. The team was so nice to us, and they arranged a parking for our car. The breakfast was generous, and we could sit outside and enjoy the view on the breakfast room's terrace.

Highly Recommend
Pros:

The entire staff was friendly and helpful! Our luggage was lost by the airport and we mentioned it when we arrived. When we came back to the front desk about an hour later they gave us a few transportation options back to the airport. This is just one example of their kindness. Our room and the common areas were wonderful. Great location. Highly recommend!!

Pros:

Great location. Everything was just a short walk, and the hotel had an amazing view. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They gave us a warm welcome complete with an overview of the area and great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The morning breakfast had a lot of variety and was served on a beautiful patio.

Pros:

Super helpful and friendly staff particularly Antonella with initial contact and help with booking airport transfers etc. Also Mario gave us brilliant recommendations for where to eat out which we really appreciated and also gave us lots of delicious drinks during happy hour!

Lovely comfortable hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The location was perfect. The breakfast room had a lovely ocean view. They served both hot and cold breakfast items which were good. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in booking tours and suggesting restaurants. The room was comfortable and had a large balcony. They even had a couple of close by parking spaces.

Just what we wanted
Pros:

Very well positioned near the bus station, cable car and easy walking to the main area.
The view from our room was amazing. Everywhere very clean. Everyone was very helpful and we were particularly well looked after by the breakfast staff. A great choice at breakfast.

A good location and nice stay
Pros:

A very nice stay. It's definitely a pensione, as opposed to a boutique hotel, so no water or coffee maker or toiletries. But we loved the location and the outside terrace. A cheap price point for Taormina which was great.

Cons:

I'm not sure why there are so many good reviews of breakfast - we struggled with it. Nothing fresh in terms of fruit or juice. Packaged yogurts, many different pastries etc. If you don't eat processed food, you will be a bit stuck.
