Excelente hotel en el corazon de Florencia. Instalaciones unicas. Personal muy amable, la habitacion equipada con muy buen aire acondicionado. Hermosas vistas de Florencia desde habitacion 27

Las escaleras de acceso. Tiene un ascensor pero muy pequeño. Desayuno con poca variedad y algo escaso. Se lo indicamos al encargado

Pros:

Big room, very comfortable in a traditional style. Aircon was very effective when the days were consecutively 39/40 degrees and the midnight temperatures were in the high 20s, though a little noisy. Staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient.

Cons:

Be aware there are 30 steps from the front door to the lift.
