L’avantage d’être près de la gare

L’accueil, la possibilité d’arriver même à minuit, le petit déjeuner compris dans le prix,

Cons:

Les quelques marches à monter pour atteindre l’ascenseur avec sa valise , la chambre pour 1 personne très petite ainsi que la salle de bain

It was only for a nights stay before a cruise, central to the train station, pleasant and helpful staff, and they also packed our breakfast as we had an early train booked.

Pros:

Die zentrale Lage! Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof und es war absolut ruhig und entspannend! Das Personal und der Inhaber waren sehr freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und zugewandt! Das ein oder andere Gespräch an der Rezeption hat zum Wohlfühlen beigetragen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn Rom nochmal unser Ziel sein sollte!

Cons:

Uns persönlich hat die Frühstückssituation nicht so gut gefallen. Es war erforderlich in einem halbstündigen Slot zu reservieren. Das hat jedoch nicht immer geklappt.einen Platz haben wir dennoch bekommen. Es gibt kein Buffet. Man stellt sein Frühstück selbst zusammen, dafür bekommt man eine Speisekarte. Leider haben wir beobachtet, dass viel Essen auf den Tischen liegengeblieben ist. Das hat uns persönlich nicht gefallen.

A pleasant and comfortable stay with a great location, but a few small details could be improved.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and the location was convenient, close to Roma Termini with good restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The bathroom lighting was quite inconvenient because it only worked with a sensor and there was no option to turn on a stronger light manually. The light was quite dim, which made things like doing makeup difficult. We also found it unusual that breakfast had to be booked in advance and that each time slot was limited to only 30 minutes. The minibar was already fully stocked with the hotel’s chargeable drinks, so there was very little space left to store our own drinks or food.
These are small details, but improving them would make the stay much more comfortable.

Pros:

The staff was superior to any other hotel we ever visited, very naturally friendly and helpful. Closeness to Termini, transportation and city, and yet on a calm street.

Cons:

Nothing really but it was a litle bit warm on the top floor.

Mycket bra hotell med toppenlöge vid stationen
Pros:

Mycket bra läge vid stationen. Fint, välstädat och lugnt utanför. Reste med barn.

Cons:

Frukosten beställs via en meny när det är dags för frukost, vilket gör att frukosten tar längre tid än förväntat. Bra att veta innan ifall man har någon tid att passa efter.
