Pros:

Bardzo miły i pomocny personel, super czystość w pokojach, działająca klimatyzacja, super śniadania w cenie.

Cons:

Trochę kawałek do metra na pieszo.

Pros:

The room was very clean and tidy even though it was small. We had a terrace with a view of the beautiful garden. Towels are changed every day. Breakfast is excellent and varied (you can have breakfast in the hotel's garden). The staff is very friendly and ready to help.
I would say something about location and public transport. Metro station Piola is about 12 min. walk away and Loretto metro station is about 15 min. walk away. It's not that close if you go out several times a day. I recommend bus line 81 to everyone (the stop is 50m from the hotel), which can take you directly to the Milano Centrale train station (there are also M2 and M3 metro stations) or to the Lima station (there is also M1 metro station).

Pros:

On the 2nd day we checked out early before normal breakfast time. Personell prepared breakfast takeaway bags for us, it was nice. And complimentary drinks was in the fridge - just in time after hot day in the city.

I highly recommend!
Pros:

Everything was perfect! Staff very friendly! I arrived early and asked if I could leave my luggage until I visited Milano Dom. They responded friendly. I left everything safely. It is very close to 2 metro stations. The breakfast was exceptional.

El personal de recepció era molt agradable. Esmorzar molt correcte. Habitació neta diàriament. Llit extragran comodíssim.

Pros:

Die Lage war exzellent. Metro und Bus Stationen unmittelbar in der Nähe, zahlreiche Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft und Supermärkte. Die Hotel Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, hilfsbereit allem in allem ein super Team. Leckeres Frühstücken auf der Terrasse. Wir kommen Definitiv wieder und würden es jedem weiterempfehlen 👍

Das Frühstück ging leider nur bis 10:00 🕙
