Funcionários muito atenciosos. O hotel tem uma ótima localização, bem no coração da cidade. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com bastante opções. Sou apaixonada por bolonha, então para mim foi uma hospedagem bem certeira. Certamente ficaria aqui novamente se eu voltar.

Unico punto positivo la posizione
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel io, mio marito e nostra figlia. L’unico aspetto positivo della struttura è la posizione centrale.

Cons:

Per il resto, purtroppo, la nostra esperienza è stata molto negativa. Al momento del check-in la receptionist ha fatto un commento completamente fuori luogo riguardo al fatto che nostra figlia sia adottata, sottolineando la cosa con un’espressione del tipo “quindi non è vostra figlia”. È stato un momento molto spiacevole e inappropriato, soprattutto perché nostra figlia era presente. A distanza di ore ci ha chiesto perché fosse stata fatta quell’osservazione.
Inoltre, al rientro serale ci sono state consegnate le chiavi sbagliate per l’accesso dopo la mezzanotte: ci sono state date le chiavi di un’altra stanza, errore che riteniamo piuttosto grave per una questione di sicurezza e organizzazione.

Infine, la pulizia della struttura lasciava molto a desiderare. Allego alcune foto che mostrano chiaramente le condizioni della stanza.

Peccato, perché la posizione è ottima, ma tra comportamento del personale, disorganizzazione e scarsa pulizia non è stata un’esperienza che possiamo consigliare.
