Excelente ubicación y relación calidad/precio
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, muy cerca del centro de la ciudad y bien comunicado con la estación de tren. El trato del personal fue muy atento y la limpieza de la habitación fueron excelentes.

Cons:

El hotel en general se nota que necesita una reforma (tienen prevista una en julio/agosto 2026), el ascensor muy anticuado y los remates de ventanas y puertas igual. El mobiliario e iluminación de las habitaciones está muy anticuado.
Por lo que respecta al desayuno, el espacio es de dimensiones muy reducidas y el surtido del buffet es un poco corto. Hubo uno de los días que no había mucha limpieza en el desayuno (vasos y cubiertos con manchas y el pan de molde muy seco).
En comparación con otras ciudades de Italia, la tasa turística impuesta por el ayuntamiento nos pareció abusiva (52 euros por dos personas y cuatro noches).

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi da piazza Maggiore e facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione ferroviaria. Personale cordiale, gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Camera singola ben accessoriata, di dimensioni contenute ma totalmente adeguata, in posizione tranquilla, con i comfort essenziali per un buon soggiorno

Comfortable and centrally located hotel
Pros:

Centrally located hotel close to the main area of the city. We needed to get a taxi to the train station with our luggage in the train but it is not too far to walk.

Cons:

The room was a bit stuffy and squishy, but that would be because we had a triple room which was basically a twin with a fold out bed.

De airconditioning en televisie deden het.
Pros:

De airconditioning werkte perfect. Ondanks dat ontbijt bordjes van plastic zijn is de keuze van het ontbijt wel enorm variërend.

Cons:

Alles is gedateerd, veel dingen zijn stuk of met plakband aan elkaar gezet. Badkamer is veel te klein en een vers kitrandje zou wel te goede komen aan de toch al gedateerde sanitair.
