The breakfast was continental but that may be the Italian version of breakfast.
The location was in a neighborhood and a little challenging to find a restaurant or market in a the immediate vicinity.
Vicino all'aeroporto e al mare. Il personale alla reception è stato molto gentile.
Nella reception l'aria condizionata era davvero troppo forte. Volevo chiamare la reception ma il telefono in camera non funzionava.
Рядом море и много ресторанчиков. Есть шатл до и из аэропорта- с раннего утра и до полуночи, за денюжку. Консьерж - круглосуточно.
Устаревший номер, дряхлый. Довольно далековато от аэропорта. Если прилететь после 23:00 добираться на такси, машине или пешком- шатла нет. Скудный завтрак, очень.

Standards poor, breakfast for Western people unacceptable with worst coffee ever. Too expensive by far.
Abbiamo soggiornato per sostenere il concorso in magistratura del giugno 2025. La struttura è molto accogliente e le camere sono comode, fornite di minibar, aria condizionata e televisore.
La pulizia è stata eccezionale, abbiamo avuto dei problemi la prima notte con le zanzare (le nostre camere erano prevalentemente al piano terra), ma dopo aver comunicato alla reception l’inconveniente hanno subito provvedimento a compiere una rapida disinfestazione e ci hanno fornito dei repellenti in ogni stanza.
Molto comodo anche il servizio navetta per andare e tornare dalla fiera (a pagamento). Tuttavia al ritorno del secondo giorno per evidenti problemi organizzativi delle navette abbiamo impiegato un’ora e mezza circa per tornare in albergo dalla Fiera.
La posizione è ottima perché a due passi dal lungo mare quindi abbiamo potuto raggiungere a piedi vari lidi e diversi ristoranti.
Personale gentilissimo, specialmente la signora al bar delle colazioni!!
Very close to Fiumicino beach, very nice and helpful staff, well run shuttle services to and from Fiumicino airport. In very hot weather air-conditioning in the room was a life saver.
Breakfast is very basic. Beds a bit hard.
Easy check in and check out. 24 hours concierge available. Arranged airport shuttle for our early departure. Clean and quiet and within walking distance to nice beach.
Air conditioning unit in our room could be stronger although it was very hot when we were there.
The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke English. Short walk to the beach! Not far - very walkable - from some highly recommended restaurants (but remember to check their opening hours!) Very close to the airport, and only 7 euros for their shuttle.
Strange location - right in the midst of a residential neighbourhood. Cars with VERY loud music passed by a few times.

Die Lage des Hotels in der Nähe des Strandes war gut und auch Supermärkte gibt es in der Nähe.
Ich hab ein Zimmer hinter der Rezeption bekommen, die Lage des Zimmers, geht gar nicht. Ein Zimmer in der Lage hätte ich nie genommen.
Echt ne Frechheit.
Nachts war es laut, k.A. was der Nachtwächter da gemacht hat und ab 7uhr laut wegen Frühstücks Vorbereitung. Schlecht geschlafen aufgrund der Lage des Zimmers.
Shuttle-Service klappt so lala.

Goed bed, airco onafhankelijk van de stroomvoorziening. Minikoelkast met plat en sprankelend water. Verduisterende gordijnen.
Douchecabine zo klein dat je je nauwelijks kunt inzepen. Gewone koffie smaakt zout, dus advies: neem espresso.
