The reception was very helpful and attentive . Questions were answered and helped out when in need. The hotel is exactly at the centre where one have an easy access to it irrelevant where you park.
Actually I don't have any complaints. The drawback was the people's noise coming from the surrounding bars and coincidentally was the ultra trail run where we spent two days non sleeping. This was due to leaving our balcony door open due to summer heat. If a fan is installed, it would produce more comfortable nights. Otherwise it, was ok on the remaining days.
Great location, close to bus stop which took us on our hike for lago di sorapis! Also the staff were lovely people! When we told them we had to checkout super early in the morning they offered to make us to go breakfast boxes which were delicious! Super nice and courteous and the breakfast was pretty good lots of variety. I would highly recommend! And our room had a gorgeous view of the top of one of the mountains right out our window.
Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly, the hotel was located right in the center of Cortina d’Ampezzo, close to the bus stops and there were enough facilities in the room
Pillows
We enjoyed being in the heart of downtown Cortina at our door steps! The staff at the front desk were so helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.
There are maybe 5 parking spots you can reserve only if you have a small car but we found parking 5-15 min walk away depending on when we would arrive home. The rooms are very small which was totally fine since we were out hiking all day. The space between the bed and door was just enough for a suitcase. I don’t think there was air conditioning so we left the balcony door open all night.
Personal beim Frühstücksbuffet war nicht sehr gastfreundlich.
돌로미티 동부쪽 트래킹 목적으로 왔는데 위치가 동네 한가운데 있어서 버스 정류장 어디든 가까워서 이동하기 너무 좋아요!
직원들도 무척 친절하고 방도 편해서 머무는 내내 행복했어요…❤️❤️여기서 더 오래 머물걸 그랬어요 ㅠㅠ
조식도 맛있고 구성도 알찹니다 강력 추천!
1인방에는 콘센트가 침대 머리에만 있어서 혼자 여행오신 분들은 여행용 콘센트 가져가심 좋을 것 같아요

Hotellet har ingen AC i rummen, men detta mindre besvärligt då jag hade tur med vädret.
Na pochwałę zasługuje szczególnie personel. Bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny.
Zarówno na recepcji jak i podczas śniadań czy nawet Panie dbające o czystość.
Balkon na którym można jeść śniadania to cudowne miejsce.
Pomimo że sam uczestniczyłem w tej imprezie to hałas dobiegający z coso spowodowany zawodami biegowymi był ogromny. Okna dobrze wyciszają, ale w pokojach nie ma klimatyzacji więc niestety nie da się spać przy zamkniętych.
Proponowałbym też zasłony zaciemniające do pokoju. Było zwyczajnie za jasno.
W pokoju nie było lodówki żeby schować chociażby napoje.
Brak parkingu może być problemem. Podczas pobytu musiałem co 2 dni chodzić do parkometru na oddalonym o około 800m parkingu, aby przedłużyć parkowanie.

Das Hotel war sehr schön, das Superior-Zimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine gute Auswahl. Besonders positiv: Ich lebe vegan und eine Mitarbeiterin hat mich freundlich darauf hingewiesen, welche Süßspeise vegan ist bzw. mir etwas separat gebracht, wenn nichts Passendes vorhanden war. Sehr schönen Blick auf die Basilica vom Frühstücksbalkon. Insgesamt sehr netter Service.

The hotel is centrally located and accessible to shops, restaurants, and most importantly for me, bus transportation to hikes.
My bathroom show was dirty BUT the staff made it right immediately. So, it was taken care off so it isn't really a disllke.
Well run. They helped me when I added a day and arranged for me to keep my room. Top notch breakfast.
