Schönes Hotel mit Blick auf den Rosengarten. Hervorragende Küche und sehr hilfsbereites und entgegenkommendes Personal. Der Spabereich ist sauber und hat alles, was man benötigt. Jederzeit wieder!

Cons:

Der Fön im Bad ist leider so schwach, dass langhaarige Damen besser den eigenen von Zuhause mitnehmen. Die Matratzen empfand ich als erneuerungsbedürftig (?)/zu weich, aber das ist eine persönliche Wahrnehmung... Ansonsten ein Top Hotel!

Pros:

Very disappointed.
I was arriving at 11pm, I've let them know and discovered that after 8pm they completely shut off the phone. I wanted to call for an information, impossible! When I arrived the hotel was all closed, thank god the bar was open and the person kindly helped me. No air conditioning in the room, no hair dryer, asked for an iron they said that it's currently used by another client.
Bad bedding, king size bed was in fact two 1 place mattresses together. Very uncomfortable to sleep as a couple.
This is definitely not the level of service for a 4 star hotel where I paid more than 600€ for 1 night!!!

Ottima struttura, molto curata. Angolo lettura super! Molto bella la spa, e la piscina riscaldata esterna con idromassaggio annesso. Ottimo livello del ristorante e del personale di servizio (cameriere di sala top). Molto attenti anche alla salute, con un menu dedicato per vegetariani. Cuoco a disposizione per intolleranti. Peccato non aver trovato disponibilità per un massaggio (richiesta in loco) ed al ristorante stellato

Great time!
Pros:

We had a great time at Engel Resort and Spa. We went for a long weekend but next year we are coming back for a week! Great activities for the kids at the mini club, Great pool, beatiful setting and amazing food!

servizio ineccepibile e molta attenzione alle esigenze specifiche degli ospiti
io sono vegetariano, non ho avuto nessun tipo di problema ma molta attenzione a fornire il servizio migliore ed una varieta' di cibo molto buono e ricercato
la spa e' inappuntabile e sempre disponibile oltre che gratuita
si pagano solo i trattamenti specifici

Værelset vi fik, levede ikke op til et standardværelse på et 4 stjernet hotel. Hvis man sikrer sig et af de bedre standardværelser er hotellet fint.

Pros:

Pool und Spa-Bereich haben leider nicht meinen Vorstellungen entsprochen( zu klein und leider kein Whirl-pool). Das Hotel ist aber sonst zu empfehlen, sehr gutes Essen und nettes Personal. Zimmer waren sehr schön, sauber und ruhig.
