Albergo buono, indicazioni sbagliate
Pros:

Io cercavo un albergo nell'abitato di Cortona, e mi sono fidato delle informazioni riportate su Trivago: 0,3 km dal centro. Peccato che la distanza effettiva era di almeno 7 (sette) km!!!
Meno male che avevo la macchina. Imperdonabile.

Albergo abseits des Tourismus
Pros:

Kleineres und ruhiges Landhotel in Portole oberhalb von Cortona, mit zweckmäßiger Ausstattung. Empfehlenswert sind die Zimmer mit Balkon. Die Aussicht auf den Lago Trasimeno und die dahinter liegende Berglandschaft ist phänomenal. Die Küche ist das absolute Highlight der Herberge. In wenigen Autominuten ist man in der sehr sehenswerten Etrusker-Stadt Cortona, zu weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana ist Portole ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Rustic hotel set in the mountains
Pros:

This is a family run hotel and it shows.
Franco and his wife are so hospitable they make you feel like one of the family and nothing is too much trouble. We stayed a week and when we came to say goodbyes it was not easy to leave our new family, including their daughter who is to be married this month, the dogs and a semi tame wild boar.

Hotel se trouvant à 7 km de cortone , très joli point de vue .accueil chaleureux , restaurant très bien, chambre confortable mais nous avons eu froid (isolation?) et le petit dejeuner pas à la hauteur (pas de pain et café execrable)
