Cons:

No plug in charge for a car. Generally now in Europe all hotel have this.
The price, is expensive, is a general problem for Sicilia. Price are more expensive.

Colazione superlativa, accesso al mare molto bello con postazioni idonee al numero degli ospiti. Camera molto pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort

Cons:

Il personale della reception è molto freddo e poco preparato a consigliare gli ospiti, probabilmente perché abituato a confrontarsi perlopiù con una clientela straniera. Per noi italiani manca totalmente di empatia.

The scenery is excellent and the private beach is super. The facilities in the hotel are also wonderful. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

However for this price and star rating the staff really let it down. Hospitality and kindness is what makes a stay. This hotel lacks this. The front of house staff and the restaurant staff. Maybe because I was traveling alone they didn't think I was important like other customers but really I felt a little lost and didn't feel welcome. The hotel dinner is actually basic enough and lacks something special for a beautiful place. There is potential here but the staff need to get to a higher standard. I am not making a complaint but feel I need to give honest feedback.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Super Lage, großartiges Frühstück und nettes Personal. Besonders gut hat uns die Plantagentour und die Yoga Session gefallen.

Très agréable séjour
Pros:

Belle chambre avec vue plongeante sur la mer,
L’accès à la mer et très sympa et on peut se restaurer sur place, le petit déjeuner est bien garni
La ville de Cefalù est très animée avec de très bons restaurants

Cons:

Les couloirs sont très bruyants avec des cris d’enfants sans contrôle des parents.

Bello, ma con alcune cose da migliorare
Pros:

Posizione, vista, colazione, pulizia, attività da poter svolgere giornalmente.

Cons:

Ascensore molto piccolo, passeggino per passare va praticamente incastrato. Per scendere al ristorante non ci sono scivoli né ascensore. Mi aspettavo qualcosa in più dal ristorante.
