Personalet var flinke, men de virkede til kun at være der for at tjene penge, ikke for at få kunden til at føle sig godt til rette. Køleskabet virkede ikke, så jeg kunne få en varm vand for 2 Euro. På et 4 🌟🌟🌟🌟 hotel burde det være gratis, og køleskabet burde virke. Morgenmaden manglede brød. Værelserne er ret små, men det går.

La posizione, direttamente sul lungo lago ed il parcheggio privato, recintato con cancello elettrico

Cons:

Nella stanza si sentivano I rumori provenienti dai bagni circostanti e le voci degli altri ospiti erano così chiare che sembravano nella nostra camera. La finestra della camera è molto piccola e questo non mi è proprio piaciuto.
La carta da parati e tutta la tappezzeria è datata, non certo da hotel a 4 stelle

Disponibilità di tutto lo staff, la posizione e il parcheggio privato.

Cons:

La colazione può migliorare soprattutto in varietà e e poi una mattina arrivato alle 8.30 non c’erano più torte e non sono state rimpiazzate.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, da grad am Lago di Bolsena. Das Städtchen ist nicht zu weit.

Cons:

Leider hat das Hotel kein eigenes Restaurant und sollte mal renoviert werden. Alles ist schon ziemlich alt.

The breakfast was good, but a little odd.
There was fruit and muesli, but only limited flavoured yoghurts.
Plain yoghurt and/milk option would be good.
