Location is convenient to the Cortina city centre, walking distance. Parking is free. Breakfast was good. It has sauna and swimming pool, but closed at 8pm, a bit too early.
It's just along the main road, very noisy. The room is extremely warm. There seems no airco or not working. There was a ventilador, but too noisy when turned on. Had a very bad sleep.
This was our favourite stay of our 2 week trip through Northern Italy. The location is great. The property and its amenities are excellent. All of the staff were extremely helpful and polite. Dinner and breakfast were both highlights! Couldn’t recommend more.
The only draw down was that the original building does not have AC, but I think the renovated portion might.
This was a non-issue at the time we visited we left the window and door ajar with the shutters closed and that was sufficient for temperature control while sleeping.

The spa was one of the best I have used.
Mooie spa en heel attent en vriendelijk personeel. Vooral de heer Raineri en zijn collega in het restaurant hebben ons in de watten gelegd en speciaal laten voelen.
Eigenlijk niks. Wel goed om te weten is dat het hotel aan een drukkere weg ligt, maar binnen drie minuten lopen kun je via een prachtig wandelpad binnen 15 minuten naar het centrum lopen (en terug).
Everything was great, the location, the staff, the parking facilities, the spa, and the best part was the restaurant.

This hotel is an excellent place to stay to visit Cortina. The spa facilities are really top notch, our room was really lovely, the location is good, and the staff are exceptional. We really respected the effort the hotel staff put into accommodating us on every level. I cannot say enough to recommend it.
The property is very fresh and clean
It was a shame that there wasn't air conditioning as we had to leave the windows open and then had some traffic noise as it is situated near a main road .

I got an upgrade for free in a larger room. Great value for money. Very close to the center (5 minutes by car) and they offer also transfers to the center free of charge.
