A lovely stay in a beautiful, character hotel. We wished we could’ve stayed longer!
Pros:

It was full of character, was comfortable and the staff paid significant attention to detail in the rooms. They were also hugely helpful with all our enquiries.

We will return and recommend this hotel . Clara in particular was outstanding
Pros:

Clean well placed staff were superb

Cons:

Lots of stairs hard to work out the orientation but this was not an issue

Comfortable hotel in great location with warm welcome
Pros:

Comfortable room, really welcoming and helpful staff, a pool which was very welcome after a day in the sun. Great location, 10 mins from tram which goes direct to station / airport. And 15 mins from river. Lota of lovely restaurants within minutes.

Beautiful hotel right in the centre of everything
Pros:

Big comfortable room and it was so pretty. The hotel is beautiful. We also had a little outdoor yard which was nice to relax in after swimming in the pool. The breakfast next door was great and the same restaurant is amazing for dinner. Walking distance to everywhere.

Cons:

My only complaint is that the fridge didn’t get very cold but the reception staff were happy to bring up an ice bucket for our drinks.

Une très belle expérience. Un séjour où tout a semble simple et facile
Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant des femmes de chambre aux réceptionnistes.
L’emplacement est parfait, proche de tout. Nous avons tout fait à pied.
Literie et chambre très agréable
Grand salle de bain très bien équipée
Piscine agréable
Très belle expérience.

Cons:

Peut être un peu plus de variétés au Pdj

À côté de tout. Un personnel très agréable dans un hôtel avec une belle âme italienne.
Pros:

Idéalement situé. Le personnel était très agréable et a l’écoute. Avec les chaleurs, la piscine permet de se rafraîchir. Nous avons adoré la suite deluxe (grâce au personnel réactif lorsque nous avons demandé à en bénéficier). 2 eme séjour pour nous et toujours aussi parfait.

Fantastic stay in a lovely luxurious room in the centre of Florence, deluxe room with pool access was loved by my daught
Pros:

Fabulous very central location and the room were luxurious feeling with lots of great facilities like the pool and mini bar in the room

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal und eine top Lage. Auch der kleine Pool ist gut zur Entspannung. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig. Sonst alles top.
