Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, hatte uns bei sämtlichen logistischen Problemen und der Anfahrt geholfen. Alle Mitarbeiter und die Ausstattung ist sehr tief freundlich. Sind auch sehr flexibel bei Verlängerung des Aufenthalts

très beau séjour au centre de Florence
Pros:

Emplacement géographique au top, en plein centre de florence et pourtant au calme.
La chambre était très spacieuse et très propre.
Service de voiturier et parking
Le personnel à l'accueil était très professionnel et agréable

Cons:

le petit déjeuner est bon mais sans plus
L'accès à l'hôtel en voiture a été un peu compliqué à cause des travaux

I will come back to Florence, and I will stay here
Pros:

Everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Clara was amazing and I really enjoyed talking to her and trying out my Italian. She helped me a lot with recommendations and ordering me a taxi at the end of my stay.

TOP-Lage...alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Frühstück gab es im Cafe nebenan. Es fehlte dort wirklich nichts: Buffetform, man konnte wählen , was man wollte. Und der Cafe wurde frisch zubereitet und an den Tisch gebracht,

Das gesamte Personal im Hotel war super freundlich, höflich und extrem kundenorientiert. Besonders Valeria von der Morgenschicht war in dieser Beziehung vorbildlich

Der Aufzug muss noch aus dem 19. Jahrhundert stammen. Bis der Aufzug eine Etage schafft, kann man auch locker zwischenzeitlich eine Video-Konferenz abhalten oder vielleicht sogar ein Kind zeugen

La stanza molto pulita e spaziosa, con una grande vasca disponibile. La posizione è eccellente, nel centro di Firenze.
