La situation dans le quartier historique.L'accueil très professionnel.

Cons:

L'ascenseur est très lent.Il y a de nombreux couloirs car l'hotel est composé de plusieurs immeubles. Certaines portes de sécurité sont un peu bruyantes si votre chambre en est proche.

Great stay
Pros:

Location was brilliant. Walkable to all attractions and the train station.
Staff were all lovely, helpful and friendly.
Room was spacious and very clean.
Would definitely recommend staying here in Florence. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Room could be a bit noisy with noise from the road echoing up and also internal noise from doors in the corridor. They do supply ear plugs however.
Didn’t find pillows comfortable but that may be just personal preference. There was plenty of pillows to choose from. Wouldn’t stop me staying again.

Pros:

Отель расположен в центре города, в двух шагах от дворца Медичи и собора Дуомо. Чисто везде, номер убирали каждый день. Персонал очень приветливый, во время заселения не только передали ключ, но и проводили в номер, все подробно показали и рассказали. Бутылка местного вина в подарок была приятным сюрпризом. Завтраки в ресторане в соседнем здании, достаточно разнообразные и вкусные.
Симпатичный интерьер, несмотря на то что здание старое, ремонт современный, есть лифт, но мы им не пользовались, поднимались на второй этаж пешком.
Мы провели незабываемые дни во Флоренции. Благодарю персонал отеля за комфортные условия для отдыха.

Pros:

Nossa estadia em Florença foi ótima! O hotel fica em um prédio antigo, que passou por reformas. Ficamos em um quarto grande e confortável, perfeito para descansar após os passeios pela cidade. O café da manhã era servido em uma cafeteria ao lado e estava delicioso. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos durante toda a estadia, e a localização é excelente, facilitando muito conhecer Florença a pé.
