Pros:

Everything was great!the staff so friendly and helpful!Thank you Klara for the great restaurant you proposed. We had an unforgettable dinner. The room was nice and clean. We checked out later with no extra charge. It was in general a great experience.

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

Superb location and friendly staff who helped us with everything we required. Breakfast was good and we were given a nice room. Partucularly found the 24/7 reception service useful.

Cons:

A little further from the tram/station than anticipated but really no negatives.

A wonderful place to stay in Florence.
Pros:

Loved the location, our beautiful room (we were upgraded to a room which had a sauna in it!), generous and tasty breakfast, the very warm and helpful staff. We had such a great time here.
