The staff was amazing. Everywhere. Front desk. At breakfast. The cleaning crew. Such a nice facility. The employees made our stay the best

Stayed in the apartment side of the property. Apartment had one broken AC, and we arrived to a dirty shower/ bathroom. Shower was also very small and the drain didn’t work properly. The surrounding area was nice and quiet. Nice private beach. Salt pool was very deep. I’m over 6ft tall and could barely touch at the shallow side of the pool. Would not stay here again.

This is great for a little getaway in a quaint little town. It was relaxing for me and my best friend with a very attentive and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the dolce was delicious.
Access to the port was convenient for ferries and boat trips to the Amalfi coast.

Also trampolines were out of order
Small leak in condo that was annoying

This is a sprawling resort in a stunning setting, at the bottom of a cliff and on the ocean. It’s a relaxing environment with plenty of decent restaurants nearby, as well as tennis courts, pools, spas and a private beach. It’s not super-luxurious but very comfortable and well maintained. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We were there for three days and had a great time.

This is a beautiful little resort. They were so kind to us. They spoke Italian and English. Most every hour they had somebody that spoke Italian and English at the desk. They have a private beachfront, separate, swimming pools, and other spa options. The room was clean and comfortable and had a refrigerator with drinks you could buy. We bought free breakfast with our package and the breakfast was decent. Everybody was very kind and accommodating, and they made us feel welcome. This resort is a beachfront property and the drive to get there is a little narrow for my American comfort but I was driving and got there. No problem. I drove from Naples. The views are gorgeous. I definitely would visit again.

We enjoyed our garden apartment. It was quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again.

I like the tennis possibility with the beutiful Spa area and the sea accessibility on one place. As well as it is not a hotel with "1000" rooms. Very cosy place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was helpful and friendly. There were gorgeous views around every corner. We liked being walking distance to restaurants in the marina and the free shuttle to the town of Vico Equense made it really easy to visit Sorrento and Amalfi. The only thing that frustrated us a bit was not knowing when the restaurant and bar was open- it seemed to change day by day.

When we arrived at the hotel, our apartment turned out to be dirty and not cleaned at all. There was dust everywhere and cobwebs in the corners. The bathroom was terrible – the grout was orange in the corners and there was black mold. At the end of our stay, we were shocked to find out that we had to pay €850 for cleaning after us, even though nothing like this was mentioned when we booked the hotel. Bed linen and towels were only supposed to be changed once a week, but for us they did it just two days before our departure. Overall, it was a horrible experience – I definitely do not recommend this place.

Loved our stay, breakfast was great. The wellness pool area was amazing, we prefer to be by the pool than the beach. The staff here are particularly attentive, especially the reception staff and bar staff. I didn’t get the names of the reception staff but Fredrico in the bar was fantastic.

Everything in the hotel was great. My only issue, which I had all over Italy, is that restaurants limit the time to order food. A restaurant should serve food whenever a customer orders, not say ‘the kitchen is closed.’

Very nice place to stay all the amenities a person could need and reasonably priced.

Lovly property, great views and great staff

This is a beautiful beach side property with very cordial English speaking staff. The view of the vesuvius is the highlight of this resort.

There are a few gotchas with this though:

1. If you are booking an apartment, a number of facilities like beach towels, using wellness area on family day, housekeeping are charged extra. This is not mentioned clearly in the description. We complained to them about it.

2. Even though it says they have a children's pool, there is none. The only pool they have is adult one and that too does not have any depth where you can even stand.

3. The shuttle service does not run between 12-4 pm and checkin time is 2 pm. So you need to figure out your travel from the station. They do provide paid taxi service.

Overall, other than these surprises that we found during our stay, it was a decent stay.

The hotel is well located with easy boat access to Capri and Positano. The breakfast and pool were good. The view from the room was also really nice. However there were a few issues which the hotel struggled to address. On arrival - for the first night and much of the first morning - there was no electricity in the room (other parts of the hotel had power). This meant a night without air conditioning (in mid summer) and with no lights. The room’s WiFi was very patchy and there was loud music until late at night from the bar below. Overall, it was a little disappointing not to be offered an apology or small discount for the first day without electricity so I would struggle to recommend this hotel to others. I also hope they fix the WiFi.

Highly recommend! A great place for exploring the coast including Sorrento, Positano, and Capri (with access to a port with a direct ferry). I would recommend renting a car if you plan on exploring - free parking, clean, food options were good and loved the breakfast included to start the day. Beach and pools felt private.

Our stay was wonderful, the resort was beautiful and staff were friendly. However, we booked this resort solely for the listed kids club/babysitting but when we arrived we were told it’s only seasonal, on weekends from 9-3 and there is an age minimum. We were still happy with our stay but wish that was better communicated on their website/booking site. I checked both hotels.com and the resort website before booking and both did not mention limitations with the kids club/child watch.

Otherwise though, very beautiful property and beach. Staff was excellent at communicating through WhatsApp to book transport and excursions and the little town within walking distance had several nice restaurants and everything we needed.
