Laktosefreie Sonderwünsche waren kein Problem. Personal megafreundlich.die Pools waren ein Traum
Das Essen war großartig.

Cons:

Das Bett war etwas hart, aber das ist eher eine persönliche Vorliebe.
Die Dusche in der Badewanne war nicht so praktisch, aber ok.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt mit einem unglaublichen Blick auf den See. Das Zimmer war eher eine Wohnung mit genügend Raum. Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit super Aussicht. Die Poolanlage lädt zum Entspannen ein.
Die absolute Sauberkeit im Zimmer und in der ganzen Anlage ist besonders erwähnenswert.

Cons:

Der Internetempfang ist nicht zeitgemäß und stark schwankend! Aber das war gar nicht so schlimm, einfach das Gerät einmal weniger zu nutzen.

Soggiorno perfetto in ogni dettaglio!
Pros:

La location è veramente stupenda e il panorama imparagonabile.

La cena al ristorante sul terrazzo vista lago è stata ottima, complimenti allo chef e al suo team!
Colazione a buffet con ampia scelta e tutti prodotti di qualità!

Una volta effettuato il check-out alle 10.00, ci hanno permesso di restare in struttura ed usufruire di tutti i servizi (tra questi anche un massaggio che consiglio vivamente)! Inoltre ci è stato dato un bagno di cortesia ampio e ben curato per poterci fare un doccia e sistemarci prima della partenza.

Ci tengo a ringraziare calorosamente tutto il personale dell'hotel. Si sono dimostrati tutti molto gentili e sempre disponibili a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta con il sorriso. Un servizio davvero eccellente che fa la differenza!

Torneremo sicuramente!

Relaxed well situated hotel
Pros:

Located a 5 minute drive from Garda town, very convenient. Beautiful view from the reception area, the pools, the restaurant terrace and room balcony.
Plenty of sun lounges and umbrellas by the pool, though the lounges are not very comfortable.
The heated pool was of very comfortable temperature to swim in.
Very nice and helpful staff.
Good bathroom amenities.
Nice light lunches, not too expensive.

Cons:

The bed in the room is very hard. Even after the topper was placed on our request, my husband kept having back pains.
The bathroom is much smaller than it looks on the pictures and the shower is relatively small.
The airconditioning unit is noisy and doesn’t cool sufficiently.
Rooms are not soundproof, we could easily hear neighbors taking a shower or using a toilet. The noise from the hall is even worse.
We dined in a restaurant once and found the quality of food underwhelming and overpriced. Porcini and truffle pasta was overcooked and I couldn’t discover any pieces of mushrooms and porcini in it.
