Personale molto disponibile, doccia ampia, camere pulite e ben arredate.
La finestra della mia camera affacciava in un cavedio e la stanza era piuttosto buia.
Friendly staff, very clean
Room was extremely clean and comfortable with a good air conditioning system to fight the heat of the summer. The only thing I thought was strange is the staff installed a light outside the rooms to indicate the power is still active in the room. They would only provide one key to prevent you from cooling the room down while you were out in the city.
In the heart of Roma, within walking distance of theRoma Termini and easy to find. It was also in a good neighborhood with plenty of resturants and cafes to enjoy throughout your stay.
The Staff were extremely nice and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend visiting this hotel if you need a haven from the busy life in Roma.
La camera era estremamente pulita e confortevole, dotata di un buon impianto di climatizzazione per combattere il caldo estivo.
Si trova nel cuore di Roma, a breve distanza a piedi dalla stazione Termini e in una posizione facile da raggiungere. È situato inoltre in un bel quartiere, ricco di ristoranti e caffè da frequentare durante il soggiorno.
Anche il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un rifugio tranquillo lontano dalla frenesia di Roma.
Honestly the breakfast was not good. We loved the lady working the 4th Floor breakfast option. She was extremely helpful and sweet.
Unfortunately, the hot food was cold in the middle of the serving hours @ 1000 with no lid on either the eggs or the bacon. We were the only ones in the breakfast for the first 15 minutes so I do not understand why the food was left open and cold. The food actually made me sick that day after a little while and I had to take the train back to Napoli as well feeling under the weather. That made for a VERY bad return leg of our trip.
I would recommend not ever eating the in house breakfast option, instead take the option to go to a cafe near by that they have arranged for. It should be cook properly and to order there? I am not sure about that though. Or simply pay only for a room and go out to eat instead.
Onestamente, la colazione non era buona. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la signora che gestiva il servizio colazione al quarto piano: è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile.
Purtroppo, le pietanze calde erano fredde già alle 10:00 (in pieno orario di servizio) e né le uova né il bacon erano coperti. Eravamo gli unici presenti per i primi 15 minuti, quindi non capisco perché il cibo fosse lasciato scoperto e freddo. Quel cibo mi ha fatto stare male poco dopo e ho dovuto prendere il treno di ritorno per Napoli sentendomi indisposto; questo ha reso il viaggio di ritorno davvero pessimo.
Consiglio di evitare la colazione offerta dalla struttura e di optare invece per il bar convenzionato nelle vicinanze. Lì dovrebbero preparare tutto al momento, anche se non ne ho la certezza assoluta. In alternativa, si può semplicemente prenotare solo la camera e andare a mangiare fuori.

Für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel wirklich super, man hat alles was man braucht! Bereits zu Beginn hat uns die Rezeption eine Karte übergeben und uns auf dieser eingezeichnet, wo sich die Sehenswürdigkeiten, gute Restaurants, bestes Tiramisu der Stadt, Partystimmung etc befinden. Das Hotel liegt neben der Metro Repubblica - man kommt dort mit der Metro überall hin; man muss höchstens beim Termini umsteigen, von dort aus fährt alles ab. Man kann aber auch mit den Bussen Nr 60, 40 und H fahren - alles mit Fussweg 3 Minuten. Das Frühstück war auch wirklich super - zwar ein sehr sehr kleiner Frühstücksraum, aber hat alles was man braucht - Rührei, Speck, verschiedene Brotsorten, Marmelade, Käse, Schinken, Joghurt, frisch gepresste Säfte, sehr guten Cappucino etc! Die Zimmer waren zwar klein, aber haben immerhin einen Safe, eine Minibar mit Inhalt (auch nicht immer Standard und vor allem mit angemessenen Preisen), Haarföhn etc - alles was man benötigt.
Auf dem Balkon kann man nur stehen - das ist eher ein französischer Balkon. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, wenn jemand im Nebenzimmer den Wasserhahn aufdreht, hört man alles.
