The worst of humanity
Pros:

Terrible experience had heart surgery on the 2nd of June discharged on the 7th must not travel alone so decide to book 3 nights at the Brompton when I arrive I am told I have made a mistake and booked the 21st 22nd and 23rd not the 7th 8th and 9th when I asked if it would be possible to move those dates and start them from the 7th as I had just had heart surgery and should not travel (I live a 4 hour train journey away) I was told no but I could pay to stay from the 7th so effectively the hotel was seeking to make me pay double for the 3 nights -That's nice of them! did have a look into one of the rooms before I decided and it was very grubby a bit like the attitude of the staff. Ended up not staying and travelling back on the train.

You won’t find better value
Pros:

Fantastic helpful and friendly staff, brilliant location next to South Kensington tube, spotlessly clean and room replenishment daily and meticulous to detail. Hotel common areas and rooms will benefit from the ongoing refit, but I haven’t found a better hotel in London for anything like the cost of this one. Definitely consider it for your stay.

Lo staff, sono stati molto gentili e hanno cercato di aiutarmi. Purtroppo la camera disponibile era decisamente troppo piccola e troppo troppo calda.

Cons:

camera al quarto piano senza ascensore, camera piccolissima per 3 persone, bagno microscopico. Frigo troppo piccolo, non ci stava quasi nulla e comunque non raffreddava abbastanza.

Okay for one night
Pros:

The location is incredibly convenient and the staff is very nice and welcoming.

Cons:

I understand they are renovating: the only item in our room was a bed and a fan. No bed side tables. No wardrobe. No table/chair. Literally no surface to put anything on. We had to use the floor. Not nice.
If you leave your luggage there, watch out because the lobby is an open corner of the staircase, didn’t feel safe.

The location was premium: close to a subway station with lines going all over town, yet very quiet. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

There was a strange smell (which dissipated as soon as you turned the fan on).

Pros:

La posizione è eccezionale, vicino alla stazione di South Kensington. Stanza semplice, letto abbastanza comodo con due cuscini diversi e bagno piccolo ma ordinato. Nonostante sia un hotel dall'aspetto abbastanza economico è funzionale. Non offrono la colazione ma nel raggio di 100-500m si trovano locali per tutti i gusti e per tutti i budget.

Cons:

La camera era appena ristrutturata ma mancava dell'arredamento (es: un appendiabiti o una sedia dove poter poggiare le cose). Le tende facevano entrare troppa luce al mattino. C'era un continuo rumore di scarico dal bagno ma chiudendo la porta non si sentiva.

Da simpatia do staff que nos recebeu e procurou resolver qualquer problema ou pedido que tivéssemos, não podíamos ter tido melhor atendimento que este! A localização é excelente.

O edifício/quarto, embora datados e a necessitar de renovações importantes, era acolhedor e confortável, correspondendo ao anunciado.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect for our weekend away, it was super close to the tube which made it easy to get around, the national history museum was only 10 min walk away and Hyde park was only 30 mins walk away. We arrived early and planned to leave our cases while we explored however the staff member on reception said our room was ready so allowed us to check in early with no charge, our room had recently had new carpet and a new bathroom and was lovely and clean. Check-in was super easy and the staff were very polite and helpful. The cost of the hotel was very reasonable too.

Location is very good in central London, iconic places, restaurants , marts all are quite near by which is very much helpfull.
