OK for a short stay. Staff were efficient.
Pros:

The location and proximity to Euston stay

Cons:

It was pretty unexceptional.
Everything was there for our stay but it was bland.
Perfectly OK for 1 night to go and see a show but not more than that.

Clean, bright room. Breakfast room beautifully setup and staff very attentive. Outstanding experience for the breakfast.

Cons:

We had specifically requested a room on first story and that was not honored. The issue was that we had heavy luggage and a mobility issue so trying to stay on lower floor. However the concierge was very apologetic and did her best.

Great hotel in a perfect position!
Pros:

Staff is very kind and willing to help; the room and bathroom were clean; great breakfast; perfect position: a few minutes from St Pancras station (and British library).

The bed was not really comfortable for my personal taste; the room was very hot.

Micul dejun a fost obișnuit, normal. Cafeaua foarte bună. Locația adecvată pentru ce am avut nevoie. Foarte liniște.

Cons:

Foarte neplăcut și neigienic faptul că chiuveta este amplasată în cameră, nu la baie. Cabina de duș este foarte mică. Pătura pentru învelit este dintr-un material sintetic și alunecă foarte ușor. Foarte cald în cameră.

Really good choice.
Pros:

The hotel is located in a safe, clean and quiet neighbourhood. There are lots of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. It's only 5 minuts from the Russell Square underground station. The rooms are cleaned every day and to my surprise they are big enough. Breakfast is great and the staff is exceptional.

Really enjoyable, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

Great location, short walk to underground stations.
Quiet,clean twin room at the back of the hotel on the top floor overlooking a car park so no passing traffic.
Friendly staff, easy check in and check out, we were able to leave our cases to explore more of London on our check out day.
Lovely breakfast, cooked and continental available. The waitresses were very friendly and helpful.
