Pros:

The beds were really comfortable and the location was incredibly convenient for catching the train to Paris. The staff were friendly and helpful - we were even upgraded, and they kindly stored our luggage after checkout. A great stay!

Overall disappointment with the stay
Pros:

Good transport connections to central London

Cons:

There were hairs on my pillow. The bathroom door did not locked properly (we needed to put a chair behind the door). Reported the issues to reception and although a member came after another reminder the next day we were already about to leave. I was disappointed that the issue could not be resolved during our stay.
The breakfast as ok, but the breakfast area lacked welcoming atmosphere.

Hôtel typique, au charme ancien, idéalement placé.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour rayonner : proche de St Pancras à pied et très facile de rejoindre les trains Express vers les aéroports (Luton et/ou Stansted).
Equipe très attentive et accueillante.
Jolie rue en courbe, architecture typique londonienne.

Cons:

Il manque la climatisation, même si un ventilateur a très gentiment été mis à notre disposition.

Staff were pleasant

Cons:

Room was incredibly small, much smaller than I was led to believe. Very hot. Only one electrical outlet, so you had to choose between charging your phone or using a fan. Window would not close.

Charmant hotel, qui donne envie d'y revenir.
Pros:

Charmant hotel bien situé, dans une rue élégante, proche de la gare de St Pancras.
Hotel un peu vieillot mais c'est ce qui fait son charme.
Personnel aimable et à l'écoute.
Petit déjeuner basique varié, chacun peut y trouver son bonheur.
La salle de bain est neuve et tout à fait fonctionnelle.

Pros:

L'emplacement par rapport à la gare et au métro est idéal. Le quartier est tranquille et calme.
Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages dès notre arrivée matinale et les récupérer au moment de notre départ.
Le personnel est agréable et souriant.
Les chambres sont très propres et la salle de bain est irréprochable.
Le petit déjeuner est suffisant pour démarrer les journées chargées.
Cet hotel est vraiment à recommander.
