I’d definitely book here again. I was made to feel very welcome. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Great location, lovely friendly staff and a comfy bed.

Cons:

I booked a single room which felt a bit cramped for me so I’d probably go for a double next time. The room was clean but a bit dated.

Great location, value, helpful staff
Pros:

Great value hotel, happy and helpful staff, pastries in the morning were a great surprise. Location great and free parking!!!!!

Cons:

The only way this could be better would be if the rooms were bigger and with somewhere to sit. This isn't an option though so what's been done with the lounge is a great option

Talmente soddisfatta che vi soggiornerò ogni qual volta andrò a Londra.
Pros:

Ottima posizione, quartiere tranquillo, vicino a Victoria Station e Pimlico. Colazione buona, camere molto gradevoli e pulite. Personale molto disponibile e gentile.

A lovely, welcoming place to stay.
Pros:

The location was convenient to Victoria station and an easy walk to many things. It’s a charming boutique hotel on a nice street.
It’s very quiet and my room and bed were very comfortable.
The staff was great! Very friendly, hospitable, welcoming, and helpful. The sitting area by the reception encourages chatting with other guests if desired. Special mention to staff person Anya, with whom I had very pleasant conversation. She was particularly friendly. It’s rare to find friendly hotel service like Anya and the other staff members

Väldigt trevligt!
Pros:

Litet och familjärt, prisvärt. Sköna sängar. Väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Bra läge om man vill bo i ett lugnt område men promenadavstånd till sevärdheter. Restauranger och caféer inom några minuters promenad. Trevligt med kaffe och bakverk på morgonen.

Lyhört. Dock erbjöds gratis öronproppar i receptionen.

A charming hotel with incredible service and a wonderful morning atmosphere.

​The standout feature here is undoubtedly the staff. Every single team member was exceptionally attentive, and the gentleman at the reception went truly above and beyond to accommodate every request with warmth and professionalism.

​The complimentary morning routine is another highlight—serving fresh, delicious croissants alongside wonderful coffee in such a lovely atmosphere is a fantastic touch that makes you feel immediately at home.

​The only minor drawback is that the rooms are quite tiny, so packing light is definitely recommended. However, the warmth of the hospitality and the delightful ambiance far outweigh the compact space.

A wonderful stay with a perfect location, clean rooms and exceptionally warm and welcoming staff.
Pros:

We were very happy with everything — the service, the cleanliness of the rooms, the excellent location, and especially the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive and welcoming. They made us feel at home, almost like family. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

Extremely clean and comfortable, excellent customer service - thank you.
Pros:

Staff were absolutely lovely. We were able to check in slightly early and leave our luggage and the free coffee and pastries in the morning were lovely. They even gave my son a latte and some croissants when he popped in to visit us.
