Super great value. Awesome people that work there.
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Made it feel like you are staying with family. Room was comfy. It was a great deal.

Cons:

I thought there was a fitness center based on the pics. There is access to one down the street but it costs extra.

Great Stay, Wxcellent Location and Staff!
Pros:

Great location, staff could not have been more accommodating. Loved the boutique hotel feel and balcony on our room (the Churchill Room).

Cons:

Block out blinds on the windows would be great - lots of sunlight in rooms early in summer.

Amazing hotel and staff
Pros:

Staff were amazing and helpful.room was clean and we were offered a different room because we looked tired and she was worried about us walking up the stairs.

Otel çok temiz, çalışanlar çok guleryüzlüydüler ve bize çok yardımcı oldular.Konum olarak çok merkezi ve metro istasyonuna çok yakındı. Biz çok memnun kaldık.

Lovely!
Pros:

Estuvimos un fin de semana y nos sorprendió la buena ubicación y a la vez la tranquilidad del sitio. El personal super amable y muy de agradecer el la cortesía del pequeño desayuno para arrancar el día. Las camas muy cómodas, así como la limpieza del hotel.
Al hacer el check in, se dieron cuenta que al día siguiente era mi cumpleaños y cuando bajamos a desayunar me obsequiaron con un detalle y hasta me cantaron cumpleaños feliz. Todo amabilidad!!! Muchas gracias y volveremos !!🫶🏼

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, sehr sauber, sehr zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal, ich habe mich mit meinem Sohn sehr wohl gefühlt bei dieser Unterkunft und besonders schön war, dass man nachts wirklich in Ruhe und bequem schlafen konnte. Wie werden nochmal noch London kommen und dieses Hotel wieder buchen. Es hat alles gepasst. Unsere sehr späte Ankunft im Hotel war gar kein Problem, es ist immer jemand da :) we enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks to all the staff :)

Would go again.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, clean room & hotel, well located.

Cons:

We had the family room, last night was noisy with new upstairs neighbours. Hotel can't help that, it's more the hotel guests that don't take in account this is an older building.
