Pros:

Clean and comfortable room in an excellent, quiet location.There are numerous restaurants several blocks away. Bus stop is just around the corner. Victoria Station and tube is about a 10 minute walk. Staff are both welcoming and helpful.

Pros:

The room was clean, every day they were cleaning our room. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very cosy.
The hotel was at a central area from were you could go everywhere. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and polite and everyday there was a small breakfast served with croissants, coffee and chocolate to drink, although the hotel didn't have breakfast at its main services which was so convenient for us.

I loved the location and my stay was extremely peaceful

Super godt. Unik stemning.
Pros:

Vi rejste med to voksne børn og boede i familieværelset. Ikke stort men vi kender jo hinanden og det var acceptabelt. Særdeles gode senge hvor mam sover godt, meget rent og pænt over alt. Og ideen med hotellet er at man sætter sig i den fælles opholdsstue og dermed også bruger den plads.

Hotellet ligger i gå afstand fra Londons største seværdigheder og har så de lækre områder Belgravia og Chelsea på modsatte side. Ingen afstand til metro.

Vi kunne sove med åbent vindue og hørte ikke en lyd.

Alt var godt.

Alt var helt som forventet. Og så lidt bedre.

Nå ja, nogen vil sige at de skal kunne spise morgenmad men helt ærligt: hotellet gør alt for dig. Gratis kaffe og kage og så er så er det jo altså også bare en større oplevelse at få sin rigtige mad ude på unik café i byen. Prøv feks The Buttery i gå afstand derfra.

Great service
Pros:

The property is well located, clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful. I had to leave my luggage behind as I did not have time to pick it up. I called them and they told me I had forgotten things in the room. They put my things in my luggage and printed the shipping paper etc for Fedex pick up that I arranged. It was all very easy and smooth.

Top Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, ca. 10 Minuten zur Victoria Station und 5 Minuten zur Themse. Wir waren den ganzen Tag unterwegs und haben uns abends nur noch aufs Bett gefreut, das wirklich super bequeme Matratzen hat.

This hotel exceeded every expectation!
Pros:

This was a gem! The reception I received was excellent. The room was perfect with a new mattress. The staff were incredibly warm and accessible, and they want to go the extra mile to make sure you have a good stay. One of my favorite moments was waking up in the morning opening the door to my room and smelling fresh baked pastries that they served in the lobby with coffee. Its location was also excellent. A five minute walk from the Tube, and a 25 minute walk to Westminster. And it was reasonably priced. Great value. I look forward to returning.

Cons:

The pillows were the flat, hard, non-allergenic types. I prefer fluffy pillows. After I gave that feedback, they said they would take care of me when I return.
