Very good for a city break! Will come back!

It was a quick stay for V-day but it was perfect! Very central and lots of to do’s around the area!

soprattutto la posizione veramente al centro di tutto

Cons:

l'unica pecca è la mancanza di un ascensore, per il resto tutto molto bene, soprattutto perché la zona è veramente comoda sia per la vicinanza alla stazione centrale che per quella al centro della città. Inoltre sempre vicino all'hotel ci sono tantissimi posti in cui poter mangiare

This is a very nice hotel, small but very cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Rooms were clean, staff is very friendly. Good breakfast. Great for 3 stars. Location is pretty good (I walked on foot all the time but there is also a tram station next to the hotel).

Cons:

There is no elevator... Only one floor, but it was still difficult to carry heavy luggage into the room.

Ottima posizione per visitare il centro a piedi senza usare i mezzi.
La struttura non è nuovissima, ma molto pulita, il bagno ristrutturato ha soddisfatto pienamente le mie esigenze.

Никогда не остановлюсь в этом отеле и другим не советую. Как можно так нагло врать своим гостям.

Был забронирован улучшенный номер со звукоизоляцией и видом на внутренний двор. В итоге поселили без предупреждения, извинений и возмещения ущерба в стандартный номер с выходом на проезжую часть. Спать было не возможно. Никакой звукоизоляции в отеле нет. Завтрак скудный

Pros:

We had a lovely stay, he room was very cute and cozy, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The breakfast was good. We really appreciated the 24-hour reception - it was especially convenient on our first night when we arrived late after our flight and we were greeted so warmly. The location is excellent, bus stops and metro stations just a short walk away.
