Lovely hotel in a nice area!
Pros:

Very nice hotel with friendly staff that really made our stay in Paris one of the best on our trip. The room was spacious with everything you need. A small aperitif was served in the evening which was a great way to start your night out. Location is also good, just a couple of minutes to Montparnasse train and metro station. Would definitely come back!

La localisation, le petit déjeuner, la propreté, la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

La location d'un parking dans lequel mon véhicule ne rentrait pas, le zigzag des chambres afin de récupérer le moindre mm². En cas d'incendie cela me semble dangereux. L'étroitesse des chambres et la mauvaise qualité de la literie, en particulier le matelas.

Very nice
Pros:

Close to metro station, easy to go to city centre on foot, nice local restaurants and bars. Good neighbourhood. The hotel was hosting free wine drinking and finger food in the evening.
Decent breakfast.

Cons:

Rooms weren’t super soundproof but it was ok.
