Staying here for 2 nights..had booked this boutique hotel after reading many reviews on TA and am not disdappointed. The nice touches are the warm welcoming lobby and Romaine at the front always has a smile and prompt with our requests.The room is spotless equipped with all the amenities.
Booked a triple occupancy room which was quite pricey..but found it too small for 3 adults hardly enough luggage space for 3.. and the Bathroom TINY..stayed in a few other hotels in Paris with much larger bathrooms even a bathtub Breakfast was fresh and of good variety...except the coffee..could be much better..The complimentary wine in the evening is a nice touch.
OVERALL a nice hotel would like to come back soon
החדרים היו גדולים יחסית. ונעימים. המיקום מרכזי. לא רחוק מתחנות מטרו. ואיזורי בילוי. אבל פחות כייפי למשל מסן ג'רמן. הצוות היה נחמד ושירותי. ורצה לעזור. סהכ מלון טוב מאד.
מלון אקולוגי. שומרים על איכות סביבה. כוסות זכוכית. לא מכבסים כל יום מגבות. בהתאם לבקשת האורחים. בלי שקיות. ניילון בפחים.
הבחורה הקבועה שעובדת.במטבח נעימה ונחמדה.
המחיר היה מאד גבוה. החדרים שלנו היו בקומה 6 ובקומה 5. והמעלית קטנה. איטית. והמון זמן לחכות לה.
מומלץ לא להזמין ארוחת בוקר. מוגבל בשעות. מעט מקומות ישיבה. עדיף להנות מארוחות בוקר ברחובות העיר

Beautiful hotel in great location. Desk clerks were wonderful with directions and answers to our questions about Paris. When we return to Paris, definitely where we will stay.
The aircon, the comfortable bed, super friendly staff, very clean and fresh. Perfect place to retire after a full day.
Arredamento nuovo. Camere silenziose.
Presa una camera tripla. Le dimensioni erano ridicole, non c’era spazio nemmeno per aprire le valigie.
In generale tutto l’hotel è molto ma molto piccolo, gli spazi comuni sono a dir poco esigui. Su ogni piano ci sono solo due camere attaccate all’ascensore.
Non avevamo la colazione inclusa ma almeno il primo giorno l’avremmo provata salvo poi accorgerci che c’era una scelta di prodotti veramente scarsa, siamo quindi andati altrove.
In camera non c’era la cuffia per la doccia. è vero che a ridosso dell’arrivo ti chiedono che cosa vuoi trovare in camera ma sinceramente non avevo chiesto le cuffie per la doccia dandole per scontato. Avevo invece chiesto una sbarra per il lettino della bambina ma non ci è stata fatta trovare in camera (nè ci è mai stata portata).
Il tutto sarebbe stato anche “accettabile” per una struttura a 200€ per notte ma qui stiamo parlando di un 4 stelle per cui abbiamo pagato oltre 400€ a notte!! Assolutamente folle a mio avviso.
Il personale parla inglese ed è sorridente ma assolutamente distaccato.
La prima sera che siamo rientrati in hotel (verso le 23), il portone era chiuso, abbiamo suonato per 10 min senza che nessuno ci aprisse. Abbiamo infine dovuto chiamare un numero esposto sul citofono per farci aprire. Anche questo piuttosto bizzarro direi per un 4 stelle.

We are very satisfied with our stay here. The staff is very kind and helpful, thay even gave us discount on the room and a cloth bag as gift. Nice neighborhood, very close to jardin de luxembourg, the hotel is very cute, parisan vibe, modern room. We recommend it!
