Location was excellent also the staff was wonderful. Very good breakfast Nice hotel would highly recommend but beware the rooms are typically small.

Great location, friendly staff, lovely ambiance, would recommend.
Pros:

Great location, boutique feel, delightful reception staff

Cons:

Breakfast - room was bijou and clean but service was disorganised, replenishing of coffee, croissants etc. very slow, had to ask for butter, jam, plates. Not particularly friendly or attentive staff.

Welcoming, beautiful, and close to all the delights in Paris
Pros:

The location is absolutely perfect- amazing restaurants all around, shops, near Notre Dame, museums, and the Siene. The bed was so cozy!!! I never slept so well in a hotel. Rooms are clean and beautiful. Staff are welcoming and kind. Loved the fruit, tea and coffee in the cozy lounge!

Cons:

Everything is a bit tight ( but that’s buildings in Paris). Highly recommend!

They knew I had a birthday because I wrote it, so they welcomed me with balloons in my room,

Cons:

I put up the "Do Not Disturb" sign
But since the storage room on the floor was next to my room, there was a lot of noise very early from the door opening and closing.
The maid's cart hit my door.
The clerk's response was a shrug.

After the room was not cleaned for some reason on the second day, when the sign was no longer there, I asked a late check-out, but I was required to pay and they only agreed to extend it until 2:00 PM. I gave up .

I was hoping that given their experiences they would come to my aid, but that didn't happen.

The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful.
Pros:

This is a traditional Paris hotel with some modern touches and very attractively decorated. The location is convenient for everything a good base from which to explore St Germain and the left bank. The staff are very helpful and there is a different free cake every day!

Cons:

The lift only goes to the 5th floor so if you are in the room on the 6th there are some tricky stairs to climb. For older customers access to the over bath shower in room 45 is quite difficult. A grab handle would help.
