Pros:

Ich war zum zweiten Mal dort, dieses Mal mit meinem Partner.
Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie erfüllen alle Wünsche, die umsetzbar sind. Sehr persönliche Atmosphäre und beste Lage noch dazu.

Superb hotel, brilliant location, brilliant staff, highly recommend.
Pros:

The hotel location is superb - less than a 10 minute walk to the arch de triumph with a number of restaurants in immediate proximity or just a short walk to the Champs-Élysées. The interior of the hotel has an elegant modern parisian feel. Both rooms were perfect, very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, plenty of choice. The staff were truly fantastic, they could not do enough for you, you couldn’t ask for more! I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

We would have appreciated the air conditioning being available but understand April is considered a winter month and therefore wasn’t switched on however they very kindly provided a fan which helped enormously. This would not put me off staying here.
