Colazione passabile ma in una location piccola buia e scomoda

Cons:

Tutto. Dalla camera con bagno vecchio e minuscolo al letto scomodo al locale colazione piccolo e buio all’ ascensore con le porte che non funzionavano quindi bisognava andare a piedi al personale di servizio che nemmeno parla inglese o francese alla pulizia soprattutto nelle parti comuni scarsa o quasi assente

I wouldn’t call this a 4 star hotel. I would call it striving for 3.75.
Pros:

In the room: it was very clean, the A/C worked well, ample storage for 2, the water pressure in the shower was great, and the provided toiletries were luxurious.

The Staff: kind with greetings and helping with bags

Location: ideal for being near the Arc de Triumph and Eiffel Tower

Cons:

Small details like chipped paint, peeling grout in the shower, and the sheer size of the room for 2 people (very small). I did alert the concierge team we were coming to celebrate and I was greeted back with upsell options only. Definitely didn’t feel special as guests but more ignored completely.

Our room was located next to high traffic housekeeping closets so it was constantly noisy just outside our room with thin walls. Felt like I said: “hey, we’re celebrating and chose you to share that experience with” and they said: “here’s the worst room we have”.

The photos of the property were crafted well, felt like everything was just a little more rundown that than the glossy photos.

Cons:

The hotel is quite worn out and has not been renovated for a long time. Breakfast is served in a basement level dining area with no windows or fresh air, which feels somewhat depressing.

We asked the hotel to arrange a taxi to Charles de Gaulle Airport at 7:30 a.m. Although the standard fixed fare from Paris to the airport is €56, we were charged €75.30 (€68.30 + €7). This was for an ordinary Toyota taxi, which made the overcharge even more disappointing.

Para volver siempre!
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. Entre el Arco de Triunfo y el Sena, a dos pasos de todos los atractivos y con fácil acceso al metro. En un barrio precioso, el 16, con todos los servicios, restaurants, bares, farmacias, super, etc. Todo a mano.
El hotel es muy confortable, esta muy bien decorado, el desayuno es variado y sobre todo de muy buena calidad. La habitación era muy espaciosa y luminosa, con dos ventanas hacia la calle, buena cama, sabanas y productos de baño.
Lo mejor es el personal, se ocupan de cada detalle y nos hacen sentir muy cómodos y bien recibidos. Gracias Quentin y cada uno de los miembros del Staff. Ya nos habiamos hospedado allí y volveremos.

Top-Zentrums-Lage! Waren zum Tennis in Roland Garros da und hatten ideale 30min Busverbindung. Eiffelturm 30min zu Fuß.

Zimmer sehr klein, keine schöne Innenhof-Ansicht, TV konnte ich nicht lauter stellen, deutsche Sender nicht empfangen (obwohl sie auf der Programmliste standen)
