9.2
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, extremely welcoming, helpful and attentive (named staff praised); service often remedied issues quickly.
Location
9.5
Consistently praised for excellent location very near the Champs-Élysées and tourist sites; this is a major positive across reviews.
Room Quality
7.6
Mixed feedback: several comments about very small or dated rooms, narrow corridors and occasional mouldy smell; others call rooms comfortable and well-appointed.
Amenities
8.2
Breakfast offering is frequently praised and parking arrangements noted positively; some practical issues (stairs to breakfast, pet-breakfast restriction) reduce perfection.
Value for Money
6.8
Multiple reviews explicitly call the hotel overpriced for the room quality received and express disappointment with price vs. expectation.
