Pros:

The room was nice and mostly clean, when we arrived we had to ask them to clean out toilet seat because it was dirty but the rest of the room was clean. The rooms face a busy road/junction where you do hear sirens sometimes but we were able to sleep well. It was nicely decorated and felt new. The bed was comfortable, I have chronic pain and didn't struggle with any discomfort due to the bed. The area felt very safe and all the Parisians we spoke to agreed it was a safe area.

Cons:

I wish the toilet seat had been cleaned and the room had been double checked for things like that before our arrival. One of the staff members wasn't friendly and had to help me with the safe and made me feel like a bit of a burden and like I was putting her out by helping me. Otherwise all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Do not accept a room on the 6th floor when the outside temperature is high.
Pros:

The reception area was good, staff were quite friendly.

Cons:

We were placed on the 6th floor. The air conditioning unit could not cope with the outside temperature. We complained and they adjusted the AC output, but that made no difference. At 22:15 we managed to get them to change our room, this was much better.
The following day we were told that the 6th floor had been closed recently as the AC could not cope with the temperatures. This did not stop them locating us there when the outside temperature was 35 degrees.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Hotel Orphée in July.

The staff were wonderful, professional, and always helpful. They were proactive in changing the towels and linens and were happy to provide information about any additional services whenever needed.

However, the hotel room was quite small, which is fairly typical for many hotels in Paris. In addition, the hotel's proximity to the metro meant there was often some noise, sometimes even during the night.

Although the hotel is undoubtedly in a central location, it is better connected by bus. The nearby Saint-Marcel metro station, despite being just a short walk away, did not always provide convenient access to the places we wanted to visit.

Pros:

Bardzo miła, pomocna obsługa. Przyjemny pokój, zadbany i czysty, i co najważniejsze podczas upalnych dni, sprawnie działająca klimatyzacja, dzięki której można było odpocząć po całym dniu zwiedzania. Smaczne śniadania, przyjemna atmosfera. Świetna lokalizacja obiektu, w pobliżu wiele atrakcji do których można udać się na pieszo, metro i stacja kolejowa w pobliżu dzięki czemu szybko można dostać się m.in. w okolice wieży Eiffla.

Insonorité de la chambre inexistante.
Cons:

Chambre juste à côté de la cage d’escalier avec insonorité quasi nulle. Plusieurs réveils durant la nuit.
