Très bon séjour à Paris.
Pros:

Établissement à quelques minutes du métro, très bon emplacement. Le personnel est très agréable. La chambre est très bien, nous n’avons aucun soucis durant notre séjour. Je recommande cet établissement.

Nine/Ten for everything bar the noise
Pros:

Firstly all the good stuff: the rate I got on booking was excellent which means adjusting expectations downwards accordingly. The room was a bit spartan but clean and comfortable, with the usual tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, hairdryer, etc. WiFi could be a little patchy but worked well overall. It was snowing during my stay so the warmth was appreciated. I didn't have many dealings with the staff, but they were pleasant when I handed my key in or took it back, and the hotel is situated in an area I love (14th arrondissement). It's a fairly short walk from the Alésia metro stop so well served by public transport and, if you're coming from CDG, the RER B goes to Denfert-Rochereau, after which you simply change to the line to Alésia. I made it from hotel to terminal in forty minutes on my way back.

Cons:

I didn't like the hold placed on my card as a security deposit which isn't advertised in advance by Booking.com. Mainly, however, as others have written, there is just no internal sound insulation. I had been up since 5.30am on day of arrival and was still awake at 2am at Moulin Vert, listening to other people. I'd asked for a quiet room but, because of the layout, there really aren't any to be had: there's a small central stairway with stairs/lift so the three rooms on each floor with doors right alongside just can't escape the noise of people walking up or exiting/entering the elevator. It wasn't that anyone was behaving obnoxiously but the noises from people moving their suitcases around overhead on late arrival, talking, entering their rooms, coughing, banging doors, etc. are magnified and carry. For example, I could hear the buzz of someone receiving a text message next door. At one point, at 2am, I stuck my head out into the corridor wondering what in hell people were *doing* but, no joke, the corridor was actually quieter than my room, as was the street outside (ironically, it seems to be a nice quiet road). If you're travelling solo, I think it would suit less than if you're in a couple and hence more likely to be distracted from noise (probably by the fact you're making it). I just think it's worth flagging because if you're prepared in advance and can brace yourself for it, you're likely to deal far better with it. (If you just don't care, it's an excellent place to stay.) In every other respect I found the hotel absolutely fine: so 2/10 for noise but 9/10 for everything else given the extremely good deal.

Pros:

シャワールームの仕切りがないので、トイレ、洗面所がビチョビチョになりました。お部屋は狭いですが、コンセントも2箇所あったのでお値段なりだったのだろうと思います。
すぐ出たところにイタリアンレストランがありました。
