Fab hotel in fab location a gem in Paris!
Pros:

EMPLACEMENT IDEAL POUR DECOUVRIR PARIS
Pros:

Chambre confortable pour une personne. A 2mn à pied de l'arc de triomphe. Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner très varié. Plateau de courtoisie bien agréable.

Cons:

Si je devais faire une remarque ce serait la VMC de la salle d'eau bruyante.

A nice stay in Paris
Pros:

Easy to get on the Metro and visit places. Breakfast was fantastic. There were a lot of options for food nearby. We got a great deal on this hotel by booking early.

Cons:

Like most hotels in Paris it was a bit small and noise from the hallways could be easily heard. The side street it’s on isn’t particularly cute but was pretty quiet during the day. We were too tired to wake to any evening street noise.

Я бы хотела и через несколько лет получить в этом отеле такой же сервис.
Pros:

Это один из лучших отелей уровня 3 звезды, в которых я когда либо останавливалась. Особенно, если учесть, что такие города как Париж - лотерея.

Cons:

Нет такого. Даже простой завтрак был очень вкусным.

If we visited Paris again we would happily book this hotel again.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the suite on floor 5 and it was spacious, clean and the bed in the main bedroom was really comfortable. Plenty of soft white towels and the toiletries were nice. There was a small kitchen area and a fridge which would have been helpful if we’d stayed more than one night.

Cons:

We had a great stay and it wasn’t a huge problem for us and we got by but the coffee machine was tricky to use and the pods kept squishing in the machine. There wasn’t a kettle so had to use the coffee machine for hot water, which wasn’t really hot enough for tea and it kept leaking (and was super noisy).

Pros:

Мне очень понравилось расположение отеля, сам отель был очень милым и уютным. Нас встречал Chaturan на ресепшн, он очень приветлив , профессионально нас встретил , был вежливым, мы на час раньше приехали и нам позволили заселиться.
. А также, понравились ребята в ресторане на завтраках были тоже очень внимательными. Уборка была каждый день .
Мы снимали двухкомнатный номер, он просторный , свежий, чистый , санузел большой, просторный . Есть лифт , это было тоже не маловажным . У нас тяжёлые чемоданы , не во всех отелях есть лифт .
Постель белоснежная , чай, кофе, всё, что надо было . Большое спасибо вам, уже рекомендовала друзьям ваш отель и сами еще не раз обязательно вернёмся .

Établissement à éviter !!
Pros:

L emplacement

Cons:

L eau de la douche était ….. tiède! La porte de la cabine de douche n était pas étanche (bord inférieur) d où inondation de la moitié de la salle de bain quand on prend une douche. Pas acceptable pour une salle de bain de 3 étoiles
Odeur d’humidité dans la chambre
J ai été soit disant sur classée gratuitement mais en vérité mise dans une chambre juste à côté de la réception. Je me suis enquis auprès de la réceptionniste des problèmes de bruit que ça allait générer. Cette personne m’a « gentiment rassurée » mais totalement à tort : réveil à 3h du matin à cause du bruit dans la réception, puis à 7h. Je conseille donc à cette réceptionniste de passer une nuit dans cette chambre…
Pour couronner le tout, j’ai demandé une facture avant de partir, ne souhaitant pas transmettre mon adresse mail. Le réceptionniste m’a dit que ça n’était pas possible car j’avais réservé par Booking. Or, après avoir contacté Booking pour obtenir cette facture, il a fallu que je contacte l’établissement, que je lui transmette, contrainte, mon adresse mail et c’est bien l’établissement qui m’a adressé la facture : j’aurais donc pu l’avoir quand j’étais sur place sans donner mon adresse mail….
Bref, établissement à éviter !
