I looked forward to coming back to my hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and everyone was so kind.

Cons:

The wait for the elevator pretty much every time to use it. Other than that nothing bad to say.

Pros:

Excellent overall experience. Of particular note were the wonderful breakfast staff, Nina, Makan, and Aluin. They made special allowances for my wife to accommodate her jetlag, and remembered our individual preferences over days. And our female bartender provided similar excellent service. Once again, she remembered individual details day after day for us. This is our third visit to the Victoria Palace and each time the staff have done a job over and above what was expected, including making accommodations for us once when our flights were suddenly cancelled due to a pilot strike. All staff, without exception, were cheerful and very helpful. This included getting a bolt cutter to break into our luggage when the lock wouldn’t open. Within a very short period of time. Highly recommended!

Great hotel. Quiet and safe area but connected.
Pros:

Mother/Daughters trip. Hotel was perfect for our needs. Safe area, very comfortable rooms etc. Quiet! Very important to me because I’m such a light sleeper. Helpful reception. Breakfast is full of variety, everything you would expect for a continental in europe. Special thanks to the lovely Nina and her team for looking after us each morning. Always a friendly smile. :) close walk to Luxembourg park, great for runners.

Victoria palace stay
Pros:

Cozy, quiet hotel on a side street. Nice ambience, clean rooms and a bountiful breakfast. I stayed there several days and there were always a few new things presented to eat every morning

Like any other real estate, it's location, location, location but tucked in off of busy streets.
Pros:

Loved the location and ALL of the staff could not have been more accommodating from check-in to check-out. Enjoyed an evening drinks in the small bar with Cliff serving up cocktails. The rooms are small like most Paris hotels, but they are clean and well appointed. Good value for the location and service.

Friendly and attentive staff
Pros:

Concierge team was helpful in securing taxis to and from airport and train station on short notice. Housekeeping team was very friendly and Ms. Fanta Makhan was extra helpful in making my stay comfortable.

Great choice!
Pros:

We loved our stay. I did a great deal of research to choose a hotel and we were so happy with our choice. We were in Paris for a week, so selected a junior suite, which was very large and and had a balcony, which was fantastic. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was great.

Wonderful hotel in a great location
Pros:

My daughter and I just enjoyed a wonderful 3 days in Paris at the Victoria Palace Hotel. The room was really spacious and the breakfast was delicious. My daughter particularly liked the teddy bear holding chocolates which was on the bed for her when we arrived. The staff were all very helpful especially those at breakfast and the location was brilliant. We would definitely stay again.
